Worst gym I've ever joined and even worse when you move and cancel. They make cancelling very difficult and just dont care unless they are making money on you somehow. Go anywhere else. Stay away from this poorly run chain of unvsring children and unreachable management.

They often open an hour+ after their posted hours, and offer no contact to resolve this issue.

Today, Sunday 9/28, we're over here standing out front of Fitness 19 Newark. It was supposed to open at 7 am but now at 8:03 am, still, no staff have arrived and it's all locked up. (~20~30 members)

Heads up prospective members: this happens seriously all the time. And they give us no contact to fix it.

The gym I'm referring to is extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. They have been charging me double the agreed-upon monthly fee and refuse to cancel my membership. They make it nearly impossible to contact them, avoiding emails and forcing long phone calls with extended wait times. Even after promising to cancel, they continue charging and offering false discounts. I strongly discourage anyone from joining this gym—it is by far the worst I've encountered in the US. Stay away from it.
