There was a problem with the delivery. Once they knew about it, it was resolved in 24hours. I received follow up email, text message and a phone call. I also received a follow up call after the product was delivered.

Service great and fast delivery

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and the updates I get are only when I call.
I’m even yet to receive a notification about my order being ready for collection 22 days after the order was placed.

Update: Finally received the collection email and and the rest of the process was pretty smooth.

I bought a treadmill from fitness equipment Ireland about 5 years ago. I have to say that their customer service was and still is unbelievably good. I lost various parts of the treadmill over the years in house moves and the guys there (Shane most recently) have been prompt and efficient at getting me replacements. I’d say to anyone considering buying fitness equipment to buy from here. Especially if it’s a large investment item. You won’t be disappointed. They will be there to guide you with whatever you need going forward. Ten stars ⭐️

Just one oversight they forgot to include second pair of gloves in order but once I replied they promptly sent second pair no p&p. Good follow-up service.

Very easy to deal with. Goods delivered on time and very solid equipment.

I recently purchased a squat rack and some flooring from FEI.
The customer service level from point of ordering to collection to a follow up enquiry was brilliant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Due to being out of stock, there were some items I could not purchase and the installation instructions that come from the product manufacturer do leave a lot to be desired.

Overall, a good experience.
