From the initial meeting with the interior designer (Lohitha who was fab!) to the survey to the day of installation and after. Our experience of having 2 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes has been brilliant. Very professional company and accommodating team. The fitters were very good at keeping us informed during the 2 days in our home and getting our approval on things for every little thing. I would definitely use Smith’s again. The finished product, quality and look is lovely. Love my new wardrobes. Will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Glad I used them.

We recently had fitted wardrobes and a dressing table from this company. We got recommendation about this company from one of our friend. We got a better quote than another company so decided to proceed with Smith's
The designer Sharef was amazing and gave his own ideas on what he thinks would suit us as per the wardrobe space we had. Also suggested us with the dressing table area.
It was a 2 day fitters job. And a different set of fitters came to carry out the job each day.

Unfortunately the fitters who came out on 2nd day didn't have hover to clean. Instead did it using a long brush. Also wrong mirror was sent for dressing table. But the company arranged for deep clean and installation of mirror on a separate day and completed the work.

I recently had fitted wardrobes and a dressing table from this company.
I randomly found them on social media and was really close booking my jobs with another company but thought let me get another quote.
The designers who came out were amazing, very friendly people listened to what i wanted but also gave their own ideas on what they think would suit.
From time of booking to time of installation I contacted them numerous times with ideas that I wanted changed and things added, and no matter what time of day i messaged them I got an instant reply back.
Come day of fitting i had 2 different set of fitters on different days but both sets were amazing and polite, they respected my home and kept everything protected, would ask me to check the fitting regularly and if I wanted anything changed thry were happy to do so.
I can't recommend this company enough, I am so glad I went ahead with them to create my dream bedroom.. Thank you

A great company to work with, efficient, professional, huge range of samples to choose from, great architect who designed the space exactly to our expectations, they communicated well throughout the process, flexible finance options available to suit our needs, the wardrobes were fitted within an agreed timescale with no delays. An excellent customer focused business. The job was done very tidy, the assembling team was polite throughout. We have our master bedroom wardrobe from Smiths. It has been now 6 months as we are so happy with that. From design to fitting, everything was so smooth. Top notch quality. Competitive price and customer satisfaction is in the centre. We were really happy to work with them and if I need anything else in the house, I would definitely go with this company. We have had 2 bedrooms, study room, living room, TV units and quite a few other things fitted by Smiths' so where do I start, let's break it down by different experiences;

Planning
Gagan came around couple of times and every time he visited, he made us feel that we have entire day to decide and plan. Having seen quite a lot "others", there only target was to do a quick sell and move on However Gagan spent significant amount of time with lot of patience and genuine interest in how wardrobes (and other units) should be built to ensure this benefits us as a family.

Execution
Smith's team turned up as promised and work was done as planned, team was really accommodating and they ensured that work is done as planned.

Completion
Project was executed as planned with all the timelines met - no delays, no issues no escalations. Most importantly, team left everything clean and tidy.

I would recommend Smiths' very highly and our experience has been amazing.

I only have one small feedback to share - hopefully this will help improve customer experience i.e. have an electrician part of the team as that would help a lot, avoiding getting an external electrician and co-ordination with two different teams.
