My Christmas present Slippers FELL TO BITS after 1 month of wear. No response from the company when I sought to get a refund for SHODDY GOODS via multiple channels. AVOID

Doesn’t even warrant 1 star - my items never arrived but they declined a refund without giving me an explanation stating they would sort it out- DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Lieferung hat zu lange ohne Bescheid gedauert, ich habe storniert und einen Tag später kam der Artikel. Da ich inzwischen innerhalb von 3 Tagen die Ware von Amazon bekommen habe, wollte ich zurück schicken. Das Angebot von fittergier, behalte es und wir erstatten 70%. Habe eingewilligt, aber nie Geld gesehen. Zu PayPal hat man gesagt, die Ware ist geliefert und fertig. Tolle Verkaufstechnik, aber so ist das mit China Händler.

Das sind Betrüger! Die Schuhe sind aus billigstem Material und von der Qualität GRAUENVOLL. Natürlich muss man vor bezahlen. Laut AGBs kann man die Ware innert 14 Tage zurück schicken. Doch es wird auf keine Mail geantwortet. 140 Euro sind weg. HÄNDE WEG VON FITTERGEAR!

Wish I'd read the reviews here first before buying. The product was not suitable for me and I've attempted to return. Absolute silence. Nothing! Avoid like the plague.

I didn't realise the goods were coming from China so the lead times were longer than expected. The slippers are too small but there is no process to return the items other than a mobile number that goes to voice mail or an email address that does not respond. You could get lucky with your order but if anything goes wrong you are stuffed !

This company is a scam. They use a false house address on their website, and the phone number is dead. I bought a pair of cycling shorts for my husband but they were nothing like the correct size when they arrived. It said to email for a return which I did twice , and eventually got a useless reply. I sent the shorts to the address on the website and asked for a refund. I received an email from the householder at the address on the website who explained that they were nothing to do with Fittergear and had received several returns for this company with whom they had no connection whatsoever. A total scam. I had seen Fittergear on Amazon which is why I chose to go on their website.

This companys address is a private house I know the family and they have nothing to do with this company . It is all a HUGE SCAM ...... DONT BUY FROM THEM

Zunächst war die Lieferzeit sehr lang. Danach erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass die Ware bald ankommen würde.
Nach etwa 13 Tagen habe ich dem Händler per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass ich die Ware nicht mehr benötige.
Daraufhin habe ich mein Geld über PayPal zurückerhalten.

Anschließend bekam ich jedoch die Mitteilung, dass die Ware angeblich zugestellt worden sei.
Ich habe die Ware nicht erhalten, und der Händler reagierte nicht mehr auf meine Anfrage, bei wem die Lieferung abgegeben wurde.

Für mich wirkt dieses Verhalten absolut unseriös. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass es sich um einen Betrug handelt.

DO NOT USE WEBSITE there is no refund for inaccurate orders, sent wrong item then ghosted.... Scam site do not use

Disappointed in that the website is .co.uk when in fact, the item I have ordered (orthopedic house slippers) is being shipped from somewhere in Wuhan China!

AVOID they claim to have processed my refund but they have not, been waiting for refund for over a month.... Rubbish products and rubbish service

Firstly I chose this website over Amazon because my order was £7 cheaper. The clothing by Wosawe feel very high quality. I'm not sure why they don't mention the brand anywhere. And with the discounts the prices are about the same as Amazon. Just free postage. My order arrived in a reasonable time. But I found the recommended sizes per KG were a bit off. So I would go up a size. - I tried to contact them on one email but had no reply and wasn't able to contact them via paypal without first opening a ticket. But I found a 2nd email address and their staff were very good. You just have to be patient as they are possibly under staffed. As others have said they are probably a Chinese website posing as a UK site. As no return address was given. Then they gave me the option of paying £20 to return the items or to keep the items and a 75% refund. So I gladly took that and will gift the smaller items to a friend.

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I purchased the slippers... They took forever to arrive then when they did they were too small. So I did as the website told me and rang the number to create a return. The number doesn't exist!!! So I emailed but no one has got back to me. So now it looks like I am stuck with some slippers that are no good to us. I wouldn't even give these people a 1 star if that was possible. Terrible service! Would advise anyone NOT to buy from them.

I was expecting the UK supplier would provide my order, however the tracking information came from China. The order had a 5-8 day delivery period. After three weeks the order had not been collected from China by the courier. It is very difficult to contact Fittergear UK as they do not answer the mobile phone or text messages. Recommendation is not to buy products from this supplier.

Have ordered some slippers here which took a while to come and are not as described on the website . Took a while to arrive and are very poor quality . They look like cheap Chinese imports. No one has responded to my 2 emails for the supposed return label and the phone number in unavailable. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS WEBSITE . I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS HERE

Reading some of the previous reviews caused me some concern but as my own experience has been somewhat different I feel it is only fair to write this review.

I bought a pair of thermal leggings which were too small and contacted the company to request a return following the return guidelines on their website. Initially I received no response either by email, mobile, WhatsApp etc. However, I persisted and about 3 weeks later I did eventually receive a reply.

Since then communication has been consistently good, and the company offered to replace the item at no extra cost. I received confirmation of dispatch of the replacement item, which arrived today.

Absolutely diabolical company and product quality. My wife ordered me some slippers for Christmas, they are nothing like the photo on their website, and one is bigger than the other. Have tried to contact the, regarding returning the very poor quality item. The customer service is none existent, a mobile number which never answers a call and an email address that also never replies. Avoid this sham Chinese company at all costs. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.

I made the error of not viewing this company on Trustpilot first! Doh, cardinal sin.
The products are chinese imports so I am guessing no better than those on Amazon at half the price.
The UK address is a scam - it is a council house in Surrey. They do not reply to you, despite numerous emails.
The goods take forever to come - I am still waiting after 11 days, which was the maximum time given after you order.
