The Five9 Platform is easy to learn, easy to use and has top notch support for more complex issues. It is easily customizable and can handle both inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, it can manage email and chat functions and has a very robust reporting package. The functionality encompasses anything you can think of doing, and handles it well.

Thus far Five9 has been a great asset for our daily operations.. I'm not sure any other system could meet our needs like they have been able to do.
At first glance a great solution but...
At first glance a great solution. We were assured the system integrated with our CRM, Zoho seamlessly. Several attempts and many many hours of phone calls and it turns out the system did not integrate as well as promised...which is absolutely OK under many circumstances! The issue is they will not refund your money. I would have given their system another opportunity at a later date, but the cards were shown and they did not do the right thing.

Five9 is a great and reliable sales tool. We have had zero downtime and it's really easy to use.

Great phone software, very reliable, and the new web version looks great!
Ok service, be sure to read everything.
Five9 has an average call quality and decent reporting capability. Reporting is not always accurate though. Dashboards are rarely accurate. Support blames this on network even though it happens when testing on different networks. Call log reports only go back 60 days, they charge $1000 to retrieve data. This is covered in a data retention policy. Be sure to READ EVERYTHING. Five9 charges for every little thing possible.
