What excellent service! My GHDs were 20 years old and then stopped working. I wasn't very confident that they could be repaired but fixmyghds.com did an excellent job and they are now fully functioning again. I posted them on a Tuesday with next day delivery. They were delivered to the company the next day and were repaired and back with me by the following Tuesday, less than a week! Very happy. Highly recommended

I own 2 pairs of ghds. The first pair I sent to fixmyghds, 3 years ago, they are still working perfectly. Iv just sent off my second pair to be mended, the turn around from me posting them on a late friday afternoon was 6 days!!!! What can I say. Excellent service, straight forward, inexpensive, superb communication via email which kept me updated throughout. I highly recommend them to everyone. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

What a brilliant service - didn't even know if it would be possible to repair my hair straighteners but when I found this company online and read all the positive reviews I didn't hesitate to give them a go (a much cheaper option than buying new ones!). My hair straighteners were returned to me a week later fully repaired and communication throughout has also been excellent! A very happy customer thank you.

Booking the repair was so easy and I was updated throughout the repair process on how they fixed them. I sent them on the Monday and had them back cleaned and repaired by Friday. I could not fault this service and would definitely recommend them

Robert is so helpful and really goes the extra mile!! I sent my GHD’s via Royal Mail and they were repaired early the next day. Lots of email updates all through the process letting me know what was happening. Royal Mail took longer than expected to post them back so Robert took time out of his day to email myself to provide an update, as well as call to check up on them. They were then delivered within the next 24 hours. The best customer service ever! Thank you so much Robert your customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you!
