Good online prices, ordering straightforward online and the units were delivered in good time by a friendly driver.

Ordering on line was easy although purchase of hinges slightly confusing as they are ordered singly.
Flat Pack Kitchens were badly let down by their couriers as the unit arrived damaged with significant damage to the packing box.
Customer services couldn't have been more helpful,ordered & sent a new panel & even sent a hinge FOC even though the fault was mine.
Again they were let down by their couriers FedEx,who delivered a day late.
The cupboard hasn't been fitted yet so no info re. quality.

Such an easy website to use on all levels, from planning through to ordering, with great options to help to user. Flat Pack Kitchens made me aware of the when the order was being despatched and the delivery was painfree!

In October last year I ordered a kitchen base cabinet to fill the space where a dishwasher used to be. The cabinet came just before another lockdown which meant the kitchen fitter couldn’t come. Although the packaging looked good but I couldn’t be sure of the contents without seeing them. I contacted the company to explain the situation and asked if the guarantee period can be extended. They were very quick in responding and were most understanding.
A fortnight ago, I managed to get someone to come and assemble the cabinet. He noticed although the packaging was good but two panels inside have cracks. He took pictures of them and commented that it looked like the cracks were there when they left the manufacturers. I forwarded the pictures with a message and the replacement panels came 2 days later.
I don’t normally give reviews but in this case I feel I should.
Brilliant service! Can’t ask for more. I will definitely recommend FLAT PACK KITCHENS to other people.

I'm very pleased with the service from this company. I really appreciate that they give you a delivery date when you place the order - a rarity because a great many companies presume you are always home. I like that if you ask a question, they get back to you. If there are any problems, they apologise and sort it out.

I placed my order for a new kitchen, it was despatched on schedule from the supplier/factory, unfortunately the courier (DX) managed to get the order only so far as my local depot, and then for whatever reason could not deliver the 1 pallet and 3 boxes until 3 business days later and that was only after I had to chase both DX (who never returned my calls) and then ultimately flatpack kitchens who got the issue escalated and resolved.Anyway DX are useless but their agency driver who delivered was very helpful in getting the pallet right up to the front door of my building, couldn't fault him....So , a few items arrived damaged, speaking to flat pack customer service , they arranged replacement items to be sent out by the supplier immediately. While this all reads a bit negatively, in actual fact the people I spoke to on the phone and by email were first class in terms of communication, demeanour and effectiveness and are a credit to the company and that's what makes all the difference. In terms of the product itself so far so good, the click design means super quick/easy construction of the units and the finish on the doors etc looks really nice in matt graphite.

Delivered promptly - no issues. The product purchased was a very entry level one and was of an appropriate quality for the price. All as expected.

Buying a kitchen online was made easy by Flat Pack Kitchens, great designs and lots of unit options.
Great communication and the order was delivered on time. A well packaged pallet.
We’re really impressed with the quality of the carcasses and doors, including the hinges and handles.
We had a couple of issues, with some damage caused by the hauliers. These were dealt with very quickly, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ for dealing with issues as well.

I am a retired carpenter but couldn’t be asked to make one myself as I have been shielding.
I would highly recommend this product, both on quality and price.
Service was also excellent.

First time I am shopping from this company and I must say quality is excellent and top marks for packing and delivery. I would highly recommend it and definitely I will be buying from them again.

Flat pack cupboard ordered and delivered on day promised. All items well packed and no sign of damage. Assembling the cupboard was straightforward and it is very sturdy. It is just what I wanted for the space available.

Great customer service, answered my questions straight away. Will my more kitchen units from them

Received on time a small part was brocken this was remedied very quickly with one phone call.

Have bought various item and always had brilliant service
