Resposta da Fleet Australasia
Hi Owen, We're truly sorry for the delay in your delivery. While we do our best to ensure smooth shipping, there are times when carrier delays are beyond our control. Please know that our team made every effort to work with the delivery company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We've also processed a refund for the freight costs, and we hope this helps to make up for the inconvenience.

Cheers Will. We apologise for your order the week before xmas not reaching you in a timely manner. While we went out of our way to get the order out the door after some of our staff were already away on leave, it seems the couriers were not on our side with this one. I understand your refund has been arranged. Have a great new year.
