I recieved damaged product twice in a row and both times cause me to have an extemely painful experience and the end result was i was to blame as the customer ive tried everything customer service told me to do and nothing helped ive had a good experience in the past unfortunately this last purchase was a complete waste of time and wish i could have got my money back or at least an item that was not damaged .
