Der schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe.
Habe defekte Produkte erhalten. Das Unternehmen weigert sich wehement seiner Sachmängelhaftung nachzukommen. 15 Emails später wurde mir gestattet meine Artikel zurück zu senden. Hierfür soll ich jetzt die Versandkosten von 15€ nach Spanien zahlen. Es ist eine Katastrophe. Von Recht und Gesetz keine Ahnung! Ich kann nur davon abraten hier etwas zu bestellen. Die Qualität ist ohnehin nicht besser als die billiger Fernost- Artikel.
Bad customer care.
Alright, its fleshligh, we all know the products are wonderful and special, they serve a great purpose in sexual health for many consumers. But, but their customer service department is not very nice at all, I have read countless review and comments on many platforms such as reddit and quora, on how bad it is, so I am not surprised. So this one star is not on fleshlight products or the company itself, they are awesome, but the bad, poor and rude customer service people who manage orders and work behind it all, those who manage zendesk and chat, those who man the phones, those employees really need to get trained or educated on customer values, customer relations and customer care. So yeah A+ to fleshlight/fleshjack but F- to its terrible customer care personnel.

The most mediocre product I have ever purchased
I order a product from fleshlighteu and…
I ordered a product from fleshlighteu and promptly received an email from their courier service(ups) saying the delivery was due around a week later. I then received an email claiming the product was delayed due to brexit I have since received an email every day saying delivery updated but there is no info beyond that.
I contacted customer service and informed them of my concerns. I received a reply saying they have known deliveries take up to 60 days. There is however nothing on the site or in the correspondence to alert the consumer that this is the case.

Customer Services took 2 days to answer any email.
Nothing shipped for a week...they blamed COVID19
Held by customs for 2 weeks... they blamed Brexit... like it was a suprise.
Refused to chase or trace parcel with UPS.
UPS would not speak to me, only shipper.
NEVER ONCE SAID SORRY.
Implied more than once that I should simply shut up and wait.
Refused on two occasions to refund when parcel was still in Spain and returnable.
Took over 6 weeks end-to-end to receive parcel which by this time looked like it had been run-over.
Contents fortunately undamaged.
Was the product ultimately worth all of the above?
NO!
HELL NO!
Do not give these people your custom or your money.
Buy similar elsewhere and just maybe they will start to understand the value of their customers.
Right now, they couldn't give a damn.

For context I bought 3 other items from around Europe in the same time period and they all arrived inside of 5 days.

Almost 3 weeks and customer service won’t answer.
I ordered a Riley Reid quick shot on Oct 18 and I am now at November 5th and my order hasn’t been processed, customer service doesn’t answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There is no way to cancel the order or anything. I’m gonna have to report fraud to my bank or something!

The AU team was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I purchased a limited edition item and several others totalling near $500. The next day I get an email (weirdly they used two different names in this email) and they have no idea when it will be ready and offered 2 options. I replied to the email with which option I would like and they didn’t bother responding.
1 week later still no tracking but suddenly a refund notification that wasn’t even part of the original options. I reply to this email asking if they can tell me what was refunded because there was more than the limited edition item. No response.
I then sent another asking if someone could let me know what was going on with my order and what was refunded. They then refunded the whole order without telling me why or bothering to respond. Ended up losing $50 to currency conversion because of their incompetence.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I have always loved Fleshlight's products because they are definitely the best in male masturbators, that being said this review is not on the products themselves but the customer service attached to them. I ordered an item directly from they're website but when I received the order I had been sent the wrong item. In fact the item was nowhere near close to what I ordered. I tried contacting customer service by phone, leaving messages, and email multiple times over the last week but have received NO response what so ever. I understand that companies are under alot of strain with the Covid pandemic, I understand that but this goes beyond those considerations. Even the most basic principles customer service were not met. My advice is if your going to buy Fleshlight brand products do it through a retailer because if something goes wrong Fleshlight themselves will not make any attempt to help you. An this also seems to be the trend based on other reviews I've seen.

Horrible customer service. Will take money tell you it’s shipping and then it doesn’t ship. They don’t respond to emails and will lie regarding the updates. Couldn’t give product review because I’m still waiting on order. They say it’s discrete but they don’t tell you that you’ll be in the dark on when you’ll actually get the product. Good luck!
