Robert Collinge at Fletchers is just the person you want to support you through a long drawn out personal injury claim! Dont waste your time
Dont waste your time, factual evidence in a telephone recording, lead consultant stating diagnosis wrong, another consultant discharged without investigations, then proved its way worse, now lost movement in left foot. Refused to accept claim. The information collected wasn't taken down correctly, I have evidence, and never asked me to email it for review. Complaints ignored by consultant could have prevented now diaphragm could possibly stop working, and be left on a ventilator for rest of my life. I'll find another solicitor that collect as much evidence as possible before refusing

Amazing Solicitor.
Honestly, wow where do I start?! After loosing my son (who was cycling home) in a Hit & Run Fatal collision. I contacted SCARD charity looking for some legal advice and they put me in contact with Jane Harrison and I never looked back.
From the initial phone call, Jane was outstanding, she was professional, listened to everything that I needed to talk about and answered any questions that I had. Jane then explained the whole process next , I did not feel like I was just another case to her, the time, the care, compassion and empathy and pure kindness she showed was outstanding and her knowledge and understanding and determination was amazing. I knew from that phone call that I wanted Jane to pursue my claim and that I just knew Jane would be the best solicitor to take my case on.
From the start , Jane has literally been outstanding, the commitment and determination she has shown is amazing, she always responded quickly if I had a question, was always there if I needed to call and her communication was excellent. I had complete trust in Jane and was confident that she would be successful in my case and she was. There really are not enough words to explain how amazing you are.
I would also like to mention and thank Zara Ahmed, you are also amazing, she was always helpful, friendly and if I ever had a question, she was so quick to reply, always chased things up when needed to and she always explained things so well to me and the time given and kindness and care she and Jane showed towards me through this difficult and traumatic time, I will never forget, even being there and supporting me and my family through my son’s inquest and calling me just before showed that again I was not just another case, you really do care for us all. Thank you so much Zara.
Also I’d like to thank Nicola Stead, again another amazing person on the team who was professional always helpful, communicated well to any questions I had and friendly and polite whenever I dealt with her.
If you ever find yourself in this traumatic and devastating place and need legal advice, or just looking for an outstanding solicitor to fight your case then please do not hesitate in contacting Jane Harrison. She is 100% the person you need, She is a real credit to Fletchers solicitors, she has worked tirelessly on my case, showing real commitment and dedication and I will forever be grateful for the time she has given and everything that she has done to go on and be successful in our claim and I appreciate everything that she has done for me and my family. Four years nothing went for a medical …
Four years nothing went for a medical then nothing no new update there a waste of time it just got passed from pillar to post down the line bet it went to the cleaners in the end don't use them

Kept informed throughout the process , Kimberley was always available to discuss any questions ,
Successful claim and they negotiated after a poor first offer . The charges 25% is high plus various insurance and other charges , but I couldn’t have done this myself there is a lot of work and time involved .
I recommend them , they explain everything along the way and are professional friendly and give the best advice needed to deal with your claim .
