Took out insurance with Flexicover,had to make a claim. To do this you have to get in touch with another company -Collinsons, then you have to fill in forms from yet another company-policy holder claims ,which never answers, and the information they require is very intrusive into your private matters . Would never use Flexicover again and would certainly advise other people not to use them

It was easy to understand. Step by step the process was made simple and could edit information easily. My children both have medical conditions and the price of the cover was amazing also .

Don't use these people. I was delayed on my flight and, as a result, had to stay the night in a hotel at an airport through no fault of my own. I was insured for delays for up to £150 on my Flexicover policy. However, this turns out to mean £15 for every 12 hours of delay. Since my flight was only delayed by two hours, even though it meant I arrived well after midnight and couldn't travel onwards, they wouldn't even pay me the £15.
