Quick and easy to renew my existing policy for another year

Had everything we required and price wasn’t bad.

Travel insurance dealt with over the phone, excellent service, thorough with the information, answered my questions immediately. Dry nice manner very polite and dealth with my request for travel insurance very professionally.

I got an online quote via the website. I did not accept it immediately, but went back to do so a couple of days later. I was then unable to accept the quote and pay, despite there being a button available on the screen for that purpose. I had to ring up and pay over the phone.

I've now used Flexicover for my travel insurance twice and have been very happy with their service. They were able to cover all of my pre-existing medical conditions at a reasonable price, which gave me real peace of mind when travelling. We have used Flexicover for years. Easy to apply. Never had to claim yet so unable to comment on the claims procedure and outcome

I took out a single trip policy cover for my Wife (66) & I (62) for a holiday (outside Europe), just in case of an emergency. To travel without insurance cover is foolhardy ! Never believing we would ever need to claim on it, I fell up some concrete steps whilst leaving the beach and fractured my front teeth (lower jaw) knocking two teeth clean out ! I was very uncomfortable and being 'all-inclusive' and not able to eat, nor drink - it was a rather distressing time. So, a reluctant - but necessary emergency visit to the dentist was made.. After examination & xray, I had emergency treatment over the next 4 days costing €1,000.00 to get me all sorted. I took several photos of my injuries, teeth damage and other items (passport, boarding passes, holiday receipts etc) and Flexi Cover made no fuss and settled the claim within 12 days of me arriving back in the UK. What a professional, no nonsense service. OUTSTANDING ! Highly recommended. We would 100% use FlexiCover in the future - but wish never to go through such a personally challenging experience like that again.......Thanks Flexi Cover. Can't fault you.....

Fortunately we have never had cause to claim on insurance but we have always ahd prompt, good, service from Flexicover. The price as also competative.
