I have phoned after coming back from Hols , my mobile phone got water damaged in swimming pool and unfortunately after 15min on the phone i was told my MOBILE PHONE damage s not included in my standard insurance despite that i beleive it should be coverd under personal belonings as per my policy but i was told by customer service its not included because that is extra as under "Gadet" but when going through the booking system when purchasing i havent noticed anything likle that . When went through my policy details i beleive it is covered under personal belonings but anyway my phone wasnt worth it much but still the whole point. I Seriously dont understand. Sorry but I would not recommed it and wont buy again.

Didn't require to contact them but just the reasonable price of insurance for pre-existing medical conditions.

We needed to make a claim but the process is not very user friendly.

I have used Flexi cover before, last year, so went back to them for this year's travel. It was easy to book on line. Sadly I had to make a claim on my return, which was dealt with efficiently, I am very impressed.

I have been a customer for 5 years now, buying an annual policy each year.I was caught up in the shut down two weekends ago, stuck in a Milan airport for three days. I had 5 flights delayed and cancelled over the three days and never made it to my final destination of Bacău. In the end I had to return home and paid £439.00 for the pleasure of an Aer Lingus flight to Dublin.As you would imagine I was sure my travel insurance was going to give me some compensation for the loss of my trip and the flights I haven’t had refunded from Aeroitalia and Easy Jet. But no not a penny. I applied via the portal, making separate claims for the different issues. I was told by a very aggressive female member of staff who called me, that I didn’t have a claim for anything. Disappointed doesn’t come near it. To anyone reading this Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else for travel insurance. It’s a take on !!
