MAJOR SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! THEY TOOK $1,500 FROM ME WITHOUT DELIVERING A SINGLE WORK I HIRED THEM FOR! At first they appear very professional and organized. The sales call sounds like a dream. They tell you exactly what you want to hear (and then during the dispute process they claim they never said anything like that).

I hired them to set up verified GMB profiles. We agreed on $800/month in exchange they deliver 2 websites per month with relevant SEO content and 2 verified GMB listings.

FACTS:
1. They charged me $816 per month even after I warned them it was $800.
2. They were NEVER able to set up a single active GMB profile after 2 months of being billed for it! They blamed everything but themselves.
3. I paused the contract 3 times during the 2 months but they always sweet talked me into re-activating it. In the end, they NEVER delivered a single active GMB profile.
4. When I discussed that I won't be using them anymore since they took $1,500 of my money without delivering anything I hired them for, they told me that UpWork policy does not allow them to refund any amount. (Come on guys, I am not an idiot). Then they told me that even if they were able to, they are not going to refund me a single dollar. They stated "work has been done professionally".
5. When I disputed their work through UpWork they lied through their teeth. Everything they ever said via a call (and thus, me unable to prove) they denied them all. IMPORTANT: YOU CAN ONLY DISPUTE 1 MONTH WORTH OF WORK, so if you don't see exactly what was promised through your contract, make sure you discontinue working with them no matter how much they try to charm you. I always, ALWAYS work on a fix rate rather than hourly because it is simple: I pay X, you deliver X. But I was stupid enough to be talked into an hourly contract and I paid dearly for this. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE MADE!

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on that platform and I know how things work but I would have never imagined that these people are such liars.

We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. This company is a total scam. Never hire this company for any work. Tried to scam us for a lot of money. Be careful!
