Matt went above and beyond to secure the best possible flights for my son and me as we travel to Brisbane, Australia for his birthday and to visit family. With the current situation in the Middle East affecting flight routes, Matt took extra care to find the safest and most reliable journey for us.

Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care for our situation. What could have been a stressful booking process felt smooth and well managed the entire time.

Because of the service Matt provided, I will definitely be using him again for future business travel and look forward to building a long-term relationship with Matt and Flight Centre.

Alex was polite, patient, pleasant,thorough and determined he offered tea coffee,or water unheard of in most travel agents. He got me the very best deal and didn't stop looking till he found it. I highly recommend. Plus, everyone who worked there was kind and jolly.

He gave me excellent advice for South America; I was especially interested in Argentina and Chile, and he shared his personal experiences there, which was really helpful. His manner was calm, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole booking experience far less stressful than it could have been.
