My travel agent Caitlin was so helpful and knowledgeable. She found several flights for Sydney and patiently helped me to select the route and time that best suited me. She was available on the phone and in person at the Flight Centre. She also offered further help for checking in if I need it.

We have booked with Flight Centre a number of times now and we have always had top class service. This time was no exception. Scarlett in Horsham branch, is very knowledgeable, efficient,and helpful. She is also very patient, and took time to explore lots of different flight options for us. We would highly recommend Scarlett to family and friends.

She has been there for me at times when flights have been delayed, conflict has arisen in the world and caused havoc - but she has remained calm and has found a way to get me home.
