I’ve bought a few items from Flightstore and I can’t fault anything. The quality is great.

Shocking. Model arrived with tail stabiliser broken off and damage to the paint on the fuselage. This model was not checked before it was sent. Extremely disappointed 😞

Great products, well packaged and speedy delivery.

The order arrived promptly and well packed just as well as the outside of the box was a bit crushed

A Commander’s Commendation: Exceptional Service from Flightstore Pilot Supplies

As one who has spent a lifetime navigating the skies, I have developed a profound appreciation for precision, reliability, and the meticulous attention to detail that distinguishes the exceptional from the merely adequate. It is, therefore, with considerable pleasure that I offer this review for Flightstore Pilot Supplies, a purveyor of aviation essentials that has, in my recent experience, set a new benchmark for excellence.

My recent transaction with Flightstore was a masterclass in seamless international commerce. The transit of my order from the United Kingdom to my current base here in Switzerland was executed with a commendable celerity that genuinely impressed. The speed of delivery was matched only by the clarity and timeliness of the communication regarding its status, reassuring this old aviator that his precious cargo was in the most capable of hands.

Upon arrival, the packaging itself was a testament to the company's professional ethos. Each item was meticulously and carefully secured, a level of care that bespeaks a deep understanding of the value a pilot places upon his equipment. It is a simple gesture, yet it speaks volumes about the organisation's respect for both its products and its clientele.

The contents of the parcel were a source of genuine delight. The aviation pins I selected are, quite simply, superb. Presented in their elegant golden covers, they are objects of refined quality, boasting a top-notch finish that would be a credit to any collection. While my heart remains steadfastly with my former mount, the majestic A-4 Skyhawk, and I await its addition to their inventory with eager anticipation, the three pins I did acquire have more than filled the void, serving as beautiful and tangible reminders of our shared passion for flight.

Furthermore, the pilot shirt I ordered has proven to be of a quality that surpasses my previous procurements from other online retailers. The fabric, the cut, and the overall construction are exemplary, representing a standard of durability and comfort that is ideally suited for the demands of the cockpit or, indeed, for making a distinguished impression on the ground.

In summation, my experience with Flightstore Pilot Supplies has been one of unmitigated satisfaction. From the initial order to the final unboxing, I have been met with a level of customer service, expert packing, and logistical proficiency that is increasingly rare in our modern world. It is without reservation that I recommend Flightstore Pilot Supplies to fellow aviators, amateur and professional alike. They have earned the highest of my commendations.

With a firm handshake and clear skies, An Old Aviator in Switzerland

10/10 thank you

Great service and I liked the extras included that other suppliers omitted (licence wallet and fuel tester) Priced better than main competitor and unlike them your website actually works properly and accepted payment without hitches. Also I got free postage. Will use again and again...
