Flipkart is one of worst site for services.
I bought lotto flotters . Worst quality flotters. I returned immediately.
Since 20 days I am waiting for refund.
I followed up 4 times and always , I get promise to resolve in 48 hours.

But no refund received btill now

They do not deliver the product and claim that the product has been delivered to the customers later on enquiry i get to know that the delivery boy left my parcel in the society compound as i wasnt available without even taking receiving signatures and then when asked he ask me to go and check the garbage boxes of the society.
I file the complaint with flipkart and all i get till date is extending dates for my resolution and when asked they reply we are working on it and cut the call in between the conversation no updates are received by them to the customers and the customer service team gives replies like they cant help as the issue is with the back end team when asked to connect to back end team they say we do not have there no. This is the worst e commerce company to order any product.
If u care dor your money and your time never ever order from flipkart they do not know how to deal with customers and treat them. Also they carry an unprofessional approach.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! (FLIPKART)
Flipkart is a very big cheater and specially the sellers selling their product on it. I would recommend each and everyone not to buy anything from Flipkart. I ordered a springtek mattress which I tried to replace but they refused to do so. I have a last suggestion for you that do not buy anything from Flipkart and specially the springtek mattress.

Ordered television which was replaced and delivered on 25th Oct 18 and till 29th Oct 2019 nobody comes for installation after repeatitve follow up.Called up the technician and the customer service nobody ready to even listen. When asked to talk to the Supervisor, the customer service representative kept the call on hold for several minutes and couple of times and got back informing that all the floor supervisor are busy. As soon as we received SMS half day was taken from office so that the technician doesn't face an issue ,after leaving from office started following up since 2pm Everytime he mentioned in next 1 hour that one hour never came until night 9pm . Who would bear the charges or repair if the television is damaged while just being kept at home for past 4days...it's like taking care of the new born baby...If promise can't be kept it's necessary to revise their SMS send to customers.

Worst Payment gateway!
I defenetly do not recommend shopping on flipkart, especially during flipkart festival seasons. I think Flipkart payment gateway has MALFUNCTION BUG which they are least bothered to rectify. When u try to make an order, money gets debited from your bank but with unsuccessfull order. Then to get your money back you need to wait for 6-8 working days. It happened twice with me.
They just keep our money for few days & return after a week.

I had Purchased a Nova Trimmer during the Sale but this product was so cheap that I didn't think would last, therefore I requested for a return request but was denied even When It was in the return time frame, this is my last purchase ever from Flipkart ,will continue shopping only from Amazon. Why not mention before hand itself that the product can't be returned once purchased

Online fraud, cheater , flipkart.

Flipkart is a cheat, a fraud.it has started fooling people the worst way possible.I ordered bedsheets on offer, dat was 2 bedsheets with 4 pillow cover, and they sent only one bedsheet with 2 pillowcovers.i could think that may hapeen by mistake, but when i saw other reviews, most of them were cheated i noticed, and its not only about one seller, but almost all the sellers r doing this.n its impossible that such a big company like flipkart is unaware of it .Dont they go through the reviews..hate flipkart, here starts its downfall, curse it.

VibeX ® Data Charge Cord Female to AUX 3.5mm Male Jack Plug Audio USB Cable 5 nos (order # OD113100656456481000) on 13th August.

I got the delivery of product 0n 20th. when i open the pack i found only 1 no cable and the invoice was generated for 5 nos, also the cable was different not the same as specified in Flipkart. immediately i called customer care and asked for the return of the cable and asked for the refund, the customer care executive told me that they will refund the amount.

Next day Flipkart executive picked up the cable but then I got the refund for 1 cable that is 471 what about balance whereas I had paid Rs. 2355.

On 26th Aug I got a mail from you (Hello,

We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/ refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history.

This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.)

Today when I called flipkart customer support the support agent told me that my account has been blacklisted, why is my account blacklisted without verifying full details?

Very bad support from Flipkart you people focus only on selling some junk to customer when it comes to customer support it is ZERO!

Worst ever...smbdy called me 2 weeks back stating we r working ...n then since then nobdy called me...poor customer service...just waiting for 3 more days to move to ombudsman as its been more than 45days... n i can move to omdsman after 6 days...

Bad service the delivery persons are too bad and they dont have any sense how to talk with the customer.
Maybe i will never use flipcart again .

I really had a bad experience with flipkart online shopping as they don't provide the customers with genuine product and moreover customer care service is not efficient and if you wish to return the product they will make excuses by doing something else . so don't be a victim of flipkart online shopping I suggests not to shop from flipkart at all, don't waste your earned money on them the products are duplicated there.

Flipkart is like a amazon web retailer of India . Here you can find all stuff including electronics from cell phones to laptops ,tvs . Also clothes and stuff . They also have a option of 1-day delivery which is as good as amazon .
