I am obsessed with Flocksy! The graphics are INCREDIBLE. They are so easy to work with, reliable and professional, and have a quick turnaround! My only regret is that I haven't used them sooner!

They have helped me with graphic design, copywriting and web development. Every project has been completed on time and with quality work. The individuals I've worked with have been so friendly and professional as well! With the platinum plan I can get so many projects finished!

My experience with Flocksy has been stellar! I love my project manager and the designers have been fantastic! Every design I've received so far as been beyond my expectation. If I have a question, my project manager answers quickly and I can hop on a call with her! The customer support is stellar! Everyone is friendly and happy to help.

Another part of the overall experience that makes it a step above other similar companies is their user experience. First off, they have a dashboard. Secondly, I don't have to keep linking/uploading the same files for my repeat clients/brands. Finally, I love how easy it is to maneuver around their dashboard, add projects, use brand buckets, and the go back and look at completed projects.

To compare, I'm also trying out another company similar to Flocksy... while they may have decent designers that have done a comparable job in some areas of design, Flocksy's dashboard user experience speeds up my ability to add and review projects in half (or less!) the time than it does with the other company.

Another big win: Flocksy's team is available during US time zone business hours. SUPER helpful. Designers AND project managers.

I put it off for too long... save yourself the time and hassle. Go with Flocksy. Don't mess with the others.

The only regret we have with Flocksy is not finding them sooner. We appreciate the variety of designers and their creativity. Their turnaround time is also phenomenal. We are in the training industry and as much as we plan, new requests can come up anytime, so Flocksy's prompt service helps us tremendously. If you are on the fence about which design company to go with, go with Flocksy!

We switched to Flocksy recently from another company, and have been extremely happy with our experience so far. The communication is excellent, and makes a HUGE difference. I love that there is a dedicated project manager. Brooke is always willing to step in and help get the job done.

Turn around times are excellent. Revisions do not clog up your queue. The dashboard is organized and easy to use.

I am very impressed by the quality of work that I've received up till now. I've only had one designer that I didn't like her work, and another who didn't communicate well, but aside from those 2, I've had great experiences. Having a project manager to connect with has been a huge advantage. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is it is just a slower process than I would like. Maybe it's just the control freak in me?

Been using flocksy for the past couple of months and it has been amazing!

We had put together an entire content machine plan however we just needed to bring on the right team to edit all the videos at the scale that we were producing, and flocksy was it!

after working with a couple of the editors we now have a solid team and project manager that helps keep all our projects in line!

the best thing is if we need one-off projects with graphic design or copywriting we can also leverage flocksy!

Amazing quality and customer service. I've tried a lot of other companies before I found Flocksy and Flocksy is by far the best.

I was skeptical at first, but my project manager, the people who were assigned to my projects, and the flexibility and control I was given was really awesome! The process work flow does take some time to get used to but once you optimize Flocksy meets all your needs and excels at doing do! Love the teams feature and everyone is very responsive and quick. I will definitely be using this service again in the future as needed.

Incredible experience with Flocky’s creative team. The turn over time was extremely quick and efficient, the product that they turned out was just what I had envisioned. I run small wood carving business that needed a logo and business cards as well as brochures and website design. I was able to briefly convey what my expectations were without too much detail. In no time at all, my design manager reached out with several fantastic designs to choose from. I will be using this company in the future. Very pleased with the product.

Fake Advertising and Misleading information!

I was really excited to try Flocksy.
After reading all the positive reviews.

I contacted the customer service team and asked about web development before signing up and paying for this.

I was advertised this was not included- however there is information on the website stating this as well as testimonials from a clients about design and development. I even sent screenshots to the customer service team stating what their website says as proof and evidence. They didn't care.
FAKE AND MISLEADING! Poor experience!

What an EXCEPTIONAL value and concept Flocksy offers!! I have worked with the graphic design, voiceover, video creation and copywriting teams and they've ALL delivered very competant and creative work in a VERY timely manner. What I love about the Flocksy team members I've had the pleasure to work with is the open and welcome collaboration to make an idea in my head come to life - and usually a lot better than what I imagined! I am also grateful for your proactive reach outs to bring resolution and course correction when needed it.
