Thought Sunday roast was overpriced,as only thing fresh was Yorkshire pudding and veg.wasn’t very hot.
Returned for another snack,ordered sausage,egg and cheese muffin.muffin was warm,the rest was cold.wont be back for third go.

Food amazing and staff friendly, would recommend

Overpriced fishfinger sandwich

Extremely slow service, 2 behind counter, 2 in kitchen. Queued for 20 minutes, and walked out! And we only got half way through the queue by then.

It’s a busy day in August after the bank holiday. Kids off school.

Norwich airport. The workers are completely ignorant, they forget everything, they can't do anything. When asked to make a refund, they find excuses why they can't do it. Probably the worst place I've ever visited.

Expensive beyond belief, and no receipt given. No prices were in the display, and with an hour before closing the display was being cleared.
Assistants abrupt and the premises could be a lot cleaner.
Item described as a panini was a ciabatta.
Will not be returning.

Norwich airport. Stale cakes overpriced Coffee like dishwater or one day old gravy. . Do yourselves a favour for the same price Beefeater provides much more 5 min walk from the terminal. Don’t buy anything airside as it’s just as poor.

Lovely staff,delicious pastry and they make a great cup of coffee👌🏾(And tea😃)

Norwich airport Flour & bean have got it spot on. Lovely staff especially Ruben - who greeted us with a big smile, it was yummy food & the service was quick & friendly. It made the start of our holiday really pleasant.

Why do all the cakes taste like cheap margarine? Are they freshly baked on the premises? I dont think so...hands down best bakery in norfolk that i know is swaffham bakery...its light years ahead of flour an bean an cheaper.

I wish I could give the Diss branch a 0 star! The only saving grace was the friendly brunette girl on the till.

I waited 35 minutes for 4 panini’s… whilst the “chef” was so relaxed, no of any tone pressures apparent & casually chatting between orders whilst the queue was out of the door!! In the time I stood there there were 3 wrong orders served… they had to be redone, pushing my ‘lunch break’ order further back!

The lady next to me asked for a chicken sandwich without cucumber as she was allergic! When it came out it had cucumber… the lady queried if it was her sandwich! It was just passed back & asked for the cucumber to be removed!!! I wanted the lady put the sandwich in a bin.. appalling service!!

Also while I’m hear,£2.35 for a takeaway can of a drink that is served cold at 3 other locations in the town is unacceptable.. you have sadly lost 4 customers today with your unrealistic “lunch time” prep time & appalling pricing! How go you expect anyone to grab a lunch? I spent my entire lunch break in your queue 🤦🏻‍♀️

Dereham shop provided a buffet for my mums wake at short notice and I can only say it was truly excellent.
Lovely food , presented perfectly .
Can’t recommend highly enough everyone who attended, everyone praised the food .

I couldn’t recommend this bakery enough! Our local flour & bean have been fantastic these past few days, especially with all the uncertainties surrounding us with the Coronavirus. They have set up a weekly FAB pack consisting of bread, rolls, hot x buns, scones, sausage rolls, cheese straws, chocolate oat slices and Belgian buns at a discounted rate, not only are they offering this great value bundle but they’re offering free home delivery too! This bakery have shown themselves to be all about the community and not all about the money! The cheese straws are by far the best in Norfolk!
