Unfortunately, another bad experience

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve ordered from this supplier for work-related reasons and had a disappointing experience.

They confirm the order, take your payment, and then only on the day of delivery do they inform you that the items are not available. Deliveries are often delayed, and when you try to contact someone who can give you a clear explanation, no one seems to know anything.

The delivery staff were rude — visibly annoyed, they dropped the goods on the ground and left without a word. Product quality is average at best.

I initially thought the first time was just bad luck, but it turns out there’s a consistent lack of professionalism.

I honestly don’t know how they market themselves as a supplier for professionals. At most, they may be suitable for hobbyists, but definitely not for those who need reliable service for their business.

I do not recommend buying from them.

All my plants thriving after 3 months staff gave me proper advice not just trying to sell stuff love this place.

Good plant selection and basic maintenance advice. So far not a complete disaster but at checkout it fell apart. I can only describe the behaviour towards me of the woman at the checkout as deliberately offensive, intentionally insulting and highly unprofessional. I know the difference between miscommunication and intentional behaviour. I have had a similar experience at another outlet. There are many local nurseries that are hard-working, professional, caring and polite who deserve your hard-earned money much more than those people. No one should pay to be treated like this.
