Outstanding customer service, product range and prices. A wealth of knowledge. Great company.

This is the 2nd Hen House I have bought from them, than last one was 12 years old.

I am delighted with the quality and the helpfulness of the company Thank you

Placed a few orders within a few days and they all came super quick. The hens love to scratch in the new hard wood chip on the floor and the scaly leg spray and ointment has worked super quick! Within 3 applications 5 days apart the legs are looking almost back to normal! They reply really quick to any messages/queries and I love the advice videos that Phil does! Really helpful. Thank you!

Quite superb service. We sent in a very old VSB (10yrs +) unit on a Mon, could not fix, knocked the service price off a new unit which arrived next day, fully set up with timer etc. and very easy to understand manual.

Wow we ordered are new cat home from here. Delivered. Fantastic quality wood and most of all put together very easily

I can not fault the product the company or the customer service

Very good service. I've ordered several items for the purpose of building my own chicken run. FsF have always been prompt and helpful. Good quality items too. So full marks. Thank you.

Excellent next day service as advertised with updates from them and the courier company. And was the only place we could find the shorter length of Hotline fencing as a stand alone item and not as part of a whole kit.

Will definitely be back as we are planning on purchasing a hotline gate as well at some point.

I found this company via an online newspaper article listing the 10 best producers of chicken coops. I chose their Maggie's Hen House because it was both lovely to look at and solidly built, incorporating all recommended requirements (perch levels, ventilation, galvanised fixings etc). From the website and e-mail/phone contact Flytesofancy are knowledgeable chicken enthusiasts who readily provided top advice and assistance. They stock a great range of products (all a chicken could reasonably need). My new coop and run have now arrived and I am delighted with the design and quality. I would strongly recommend this company - all my research suggests they cannot be bettered in this field.

Good prices, quick response to emails, quick delivery.
What more could I ask for?

I've placed several orders with this company and have never been disappointed with the service. Goods are despatched promptly and well packaged and everything arrives in perfect condition. Their range of products is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I order frequently from this company.
Most poultry needs covered under one roof!
I'm always pleased with the service, standard delivery arrives in 2 days.
Really well packaged and lovely friendly voice at the end of the phone.
My only issue was that my last order had been delivered and left over the gate but no card had been put through the door to let me know. My 7 yr old was anxiously waiting for the delivery so he could get some chicks and it was there all along!
When I called the company they were brilliant and were able to tell me where it had been left but it would've been nice to have known this earlier. Was told that it was an issue with their courier and not the first complaint they'd had about it.
