Foodpanda is a business that scams people. I can't get my refund.The rider's fault is something I have to bear, and I am the one who suffers the loss.The rider gave the same excuse, but it was the customer who had to bear the loss. The rider is the one who canceled the order, but the customer is the one who has to bear the loss.So, be careful with this Foodpanda business otherwise, you might have to bear the losses as well.

I like food panda. It has a lot of options and promos and I use it everyday. So far it’s been pretty reliable

Very bad service

Very bad service. I ordered rice with just fried chicken without gravy for special child. Seller sent with gravy so my kid couldn't eat at all. Complained to foodpanda lady by name of Kate. Said will only refund rm5 when I paid rm10.60 awful service. If you cant make sure we get the correct food then why charge extra platform fee and service fee. Really disappointed with their service

The service getting worst and worst.
App try the hardest not to get you reach out to live agent.
They don wan compensate any inconvenience cause and wrongdoing..
The pricr arent cheap.
Better use shopeefood or grabfood better.

Terrible experiences.

refund for my grocery

bought some grocery a few days ago.
1) grocery was delivered to the wrong address.
thats okay, stuff happens, sure
i got refunded on the same day
2) two days later, i got charged by foodpanda again, and asked the customer service. they said its not recorded in the system. i hit up the bank, they said that its not fraud, and its a genuine transaction which is related to the grocery i bought but never received.
hit up foodpanda again, and its like we're speaking in two different languages. yes i did get refunded, but i got charged again, why is that? if its genuine, why is it not in the system. it obviously wasnt fraud, it was related to the cancelled order.
i need to go to the police now? for 44 ringgit? cos thats what they said. i give up. never using this again.

I have ordered some groceries it is not delivered and the amount debited and status shows its delivered. I don't know where it's delivered and customer service is worst and you can't reach them thru mobile or email and the amount lost. One of the worst platform.pls don't trust them.

Foodpanda refused refund

Foodpanda resorted to deleting and hiding my posts on their facebook page so it's obvious they have something to hide. Reporting here for everyone to see:
Users of Foodpanda, beware:
1. Order #u7lb-2538-49ea - French Chicken Medium Meal and Long Chicken.
2. Order was incomplete and came without the drink so I refused the order.
3. Rider was extremely rude and kept on saying it was not his problem and threatening that if I cancel I would not get a refund.
4. Rider lodged a ticket and Foodpanda support by the name of Lisa called me and threatened the same thing- "accept the meal with the missing items or I would not get a refund" She eventually hung up the call when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
5. Rider kept on harping that this was not his problem and asked me to go ahead and complain about him, takes a photo as evidence then proceeds to update the delivery as completed even though he drove off with the food.
6. Upon lodging a ticket on the foodpanda app, sure enough the (chatbot) agent threatened no refund until I informed the agent that I took screenshots and would be reporting this as theft.
7. Foodpanda, improve on your customer service, educate your riders to not be rude, your support Lisa to help customers instead of threatening customers that they will not get a refund and hanging up the call to avoid the problem as well program your (chatbot) foodpanda agent to not threaten customers with no refunds.
8. Please be informed that it is considered theft and a crime when you charge someone for something that they did not receive.
9. Will continue spreading this on social media and word of mouth as well and moving to GrabFood permanently. How do you expect your business to prosper if you're running it without integrity? Don't you feel shame when most of the comments here (which you/your system keeps deleting) are negative and calling you out??

The worst customer support I’ve ever received

This is the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Once you encounter an issue with your order, you'll see how terrible this company really is. The agents are rude and completely unhelpful. They delivered spoiled vegetables, and when I contacted support, instead of issuing a refund—which was only RM3—they told me it would take three business days to review the case. I provided them with an image of the spoiled item, but the agent showed no concern for the customer and closed the online support chat without allowing me to respond. I never received a follow-up email or got my money back. I feel scammed. I will never use this service again and strongly advise anyone reading this review to avoid it. Use Grab instead. I regret switching to this awful Foodpanda service.

Would have been no star

Would have been no star. Scammed of delivery fee that's more expensive than my single meal ordered in the transaction. Only noticed when I review my past orders. Reached out to agent but nothing can be done other than to feedback to internal team. Disgusting practices. Go elsewhere.

Theif, Foodpanda is literally stealing from people. Worst experience ever, they scam people with refund status in the order history and they change it as soon as you chat with them. Never use them. Not secure.

Never trust them with your money and worst customer service

Foodpanda spends so much money on advertisement but their service is awful. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Once they get your money you'll never be able to get it back even if it's their fault like the order is wrong or never delivered. Never ever trust them with your money and I would say never buy their membership which they charge yearly because you'll be stuck and regret it later it's not only me almost all of my friends in Malaysia have faced this issue in one way or the other. They value money over customers who pay that money. I'd say stop spending so much money on advertisements and start spending it on improving your systems and services!

Faulty system with no customer service

FoodPanda's system is broke. Orders are always late, sometimes they don't even arrive at all with zero explanation. Compensation is a joke.
FP even has the audacity to charge a service fee for "partner restaurants", which basically means restaurants to which they take no responsibility about the order and I have to reach out myself and clear any issues (this happened recently with Domino's here in Kuala Lumpur where I was charged but never received my order).
I was a loyal customer for years. Goodbye.

As a Pandapro customer

As a Pandapro customer, I can say that the service has become crappier lately. It seems the company has had issues with its riders, and apparently have lost many riders and are unable to retain them. This has resulted in late deliveries, where a promised 20 minute delivery becomes a 60 or even 90 minutes delivery. Help center will outright lie to you using their scripted response and tell you that the vendor is busy, but the reality is that they take all these orders in but don't have enough people to deliver. It's my first year using Pandapro, and it will probably be my last. Will be looking at Grab and Shopeefood to see if their service is better once I get closer to the end of my contract.

Tip: If you want your food to arrive in a timely manner, don't ever order your food during peak times (breakfast, lunch and dinner) regardless what the estimated delivery clock says - it's all just a lie.

Please revamp the whole damn Malaysia management team. I find they are whole bunch of useless executives.

No 1 useless - When deliveries are late, they will blame it to their riders or the restaurants but never themselves.

No 2 useless - Restaurant are open/ready to take order but their website is not allowing customer to do so. I believe they are blocking it due to the fact that they are not ready operationally e.g. riders, coverage etc.

No 3 useless - Not sure whether it is a business operational trend nowadays. No number to call to seeks support.

Food NOT delivered but says delivered

Be cautious if you want to make an online payment with contactless delivery even with this current situation we're all in. The rider could hit 'delivered' as the food is NOT delivered and you will have no way of proving whether you've received your food or not. They'll just in a way say you didn't look properly multiple times. No call, no motorcycle honking, nothing. Asked the Help Centre and they got me through 6 different agents of which only ONE gave me some sort of answer but that didn't help at all. All he told me was he couldn't reach the rider and every single one of them told me to wait multiple times and the one that got me through told me to wait some more and the they all disconnected immediately. So I emailed them and all they told me was they did send it as they asked the rider. Sure, we can take HIS word for it. With this lockdown if you don't order on time, you're not going to eat till the next day but I ordered on time. All that waiting though.
