Just bought my spare parts to rebuild my sons car and they were very helpful. Got everything I needed and they were wrapped really well when they arrived. Very pleased and would definitely use again, but really hope I dont have to! LOL

These lads really pulled me out of the myre and no mistake. Sons car had 2 buckled Alloy wheels so could get through the MOT over the weekend. Bought two no buckle guarantee wheels on Sunday from these boyz over ebay and when I picked them up at 9.30am on the Monday they went out of their way to get them into my boot ASAP. Great service will use them again.

Started my search via Breakerlink, to which I was directed to Fortbits, got to say from the start I had no issues, supplied all my details, to double check I made a telephone call to the company who was very helpful and ordered my son a new wing mirror for he’s fiesta.
Arrived 3 days after purchasing (which is exactly what I was informed) packaged absolutely brilliantly.
Would highly recommend Fordbits and I know if I needed any parts in the future I would make Fordbits my first port of call.

Purchased a gearbox from them arrived in great condition and securely packaged fantastic price and excellent service will deffo use again and recommend

I bought a wing mirror passenger side. Fordbits delivery was prompt and thier customer service was good.
I would recommend them.

Cheapest Fiesta wing mirror I could find, right colour and in great condition. However there was a little confusion about delivery. I received an email saying it had been dispatched the same day I ordered it. Called after four days when it hadn't arrived. Was told it had been sent out that very morning and that maybe the part had been found to be damaged so they had had to source another one. The mirror arrived the next day, having been sent by DHL Next Day service. It's an excellent mirror and I'm grateful the item was finally sent by next day service. Only minor quibble is that I could have been told the first email was wrong and also told when it was finally sent.

Excellent and efficient service from Ross at Ford Bits and good price for the c max gearbox purchased from them. Will definitely use this company again.

Bought a Ford heated seat switch via Parts finder. Ford bits were best price. Paid and parts delivered in god time and condition. Will use again, no problems.

I am going to write a review purely because I have been disappointed by the service. I originally bought a spare alloy wheel and tyre from fordbits for a great price on the 12th of July. I did not receive any tracking details and was told on the phone it would be with me in a 'couple of days.' I called multiple times 3-4 days afterwards - as I had been having to take a taxi to work, and wanted to know when it would arrive. They said they would inform me and let me know once the couriers replied. I had to call 8 days after purchase for me to be told that the courriers have somehow misplaced this item. Fine, these things happen (especially by the sounds of these reviews), I was disappointed however that they knew this information when I had called purely just by giving my name, but did not feel the need to call and inform me themselves. They asked I wait for 2 days afterwards, so that sufficient time had passed so I could claim a refund. 3 days passed, I was told by someone in the office they were aware and that they will process the refund and it should be in my account within 7 working days. 10 -12 working days pass, I call the company again, asking, to make sure if the refund was definitely processed, as I have not received any email confirmation or anything in my account. They assured me they had, and it must have gone to my 'junk mail.' I receive an email later that day, from paypal that a refund had been requested... that day. I am writing this review purely because of the customer service, I have been disappointed that I was left constantly chasing for confirmation of delivery, that when they realised it was lost they waited for me to call again, and when I asked for a refund, and blindly trusted they would process this, they clearly had forgotten and it took me calling again once the '7 working days' had passed. I even waited a little longer, thinking in good faith, it was just taking longer than expected. I was disappointed that the order went missing - I am aware this is not their fault, however, the communication afterwards has been very disappointed. This resulted in my paying for a taxi for nearly 2 weeks, until I realised that my order was never going to arrive.

Edit to reply: you told me to call 2 days after so that it could officially be recorded as missing so that you can claim a refund from the courier. I called 2 days later, as per the time frame you asked me to, not earlier. I never ‘demanded’ a refund, i asked politely could it be processed because I was entitled to it? Having paid for a product I couldn’t receive. I’ve not been petty in my review, and I was always kind on the phone and never raised my voice, and I always gave ample time before I called again and enquired. This was just an honest review of what happened. I was also not given any tracking details as I ordered this via 1stChoice, tracking details was not provided. I am also not blaming the missing product, things happen. It is the fact I asked for refund, told it would happen… it did not, had to chase 7 days later to find out it hadn’t been processed.

avoid using ford-bits, they have zero customer service with regards refunds for wrong supply of goods.

They bought my car. Very efficient service and paid promptly.
The guy who collected it was very polite and professional.
Would definitely recommend this company and would use again if needed.
