Have a 2008 ford focus cc and the drivers door window regulater was broken, the part is no longer available, but Fordbits supplied a used one which means my car is usable again, otherwise it would have been destined for the scrapyard itself. The transaction was quick as was delivery. Thank you

Young son damaged his rear bumper I thought I was in for a massive bill until I was pointed in the direction of Fordbits.co.uk . They had the correct bumper in the actual colour ok it needs tidying up but it's second hand at a good price . I decided to upgrade the sons bumper with an ST defuser whilst it was off so I contacted Fordbits.co.uk the said they had the part and I had the part within two days and to my surprise they actually colour matched it without me asking . So all in all a pleasant experience.

Had been looking for a replacement rear light unit for a Ford CMax.
A Very reasonable priced part offered and a lot cheaper than those offered by other dealers.
I visited their premises to collect part which wad a described and in good condition and working order.
Excellent service from their Friendly and helpful staff.
Value for money and would definitely use again.
Premises well worth a visit as lots of Ford vehicle parts available.

Ordered a High Pressure Fuel Pump for my Ford Kuga on Thursday (4th April) afternoon - Arrived early Monday morning. The Pump is now fitted and the car is up a running.

After hunting high and low, for an alternator for my daughters car,that didn't cost the earth, I got sent a quote from Fordbits. The price was very reasonable, I had all my questions answered and my mind put at ease by the office team, it was a very smooth process. The only issue's we had were DHL losing the part, but Fordbits sent out another part to us as soon as possible. The ladies in the office were very helpful, the part arrived today, packed very well, unfortunately it had been damaged in transit, again DHL, but it didn't effect the part, it worked perfectly and my daughters car is running again. Wish I’d read the reviews before as it seems I’m not the only person this has happened to.
Messaged seller before order 4 alloy wheels to check they are checked and not buckled, received confirmation that they are checked and not buckled. Paid for item, received item. Took car to garage to get them put on, garage has advised 2 are buckled. Needed them for that day as needed car next day.
Messaged seller who has refused to refund, refused to collect and is now refusing to speak to me unless via PayPal because I have raised a case.
Seller has tried to tell me “the parts are second hand”.. like I should expect them to be faulty and I have no rights.
Continuing case with PayPal but would recommend anyone else stay clear. Sells faulty parts, tries to fob you off, drags it out, not helpful and rude.

In reply to the sellers comments - the garage didn’t have tyres available, I went to a local scrap yard that they recommended and ended up having to swap one of the ones they gave me, but they did so without argument.
You have had no abuse, I simply asked for a return and you became rude and defensive. You still won’t arrange a return - read the law, YOU as a seller are responsible for the return of faulty items.
I am not “woke” - I expect if there is a problem it is resolved without problem. Simple. You sold a faulty item and according to the law, you are responsible to arrange return and refund. It’s not hard mate 👍🏻

I bought a set of 4 16" used alloys from these guys. Delivery was quick, alloys were in fantastic condition only one had curb damage which is expected when buying used wheels so having 3 with no damage and really good tyres on its absolutely fantastic!

I am very very happy with my purchase! Top marks for delivery, customer service and response times! I'll definitely be buying from them for anything I need now :)
