Company not respecting their customers
ORDERED ON ONE OF THE FRENCH WEBSITES OF THE BRAND
I reserve my opinion, waiting for my package.
The 24th of Novembre, I ordered a muzzle M9 displayed as "in stock".
The 25th, they sent me a message to inform me that there was no stock on the item and proposing me to pay TEN euros in more to have a M10. I verify : the M9 is still displayed as in stock. I didn't want to buy the M10 because the surface treatment is not so resistant, and disagreed to pay for an option I was not interested in.
They cancelled my order without any commercial proposition or proposition to wait the "back-in-stock" of the M9. Without asking me if I wanted a cancellation.
Reacting, I obtained for answer : "you can use another of our website (french also) there is a promotion on the M10".
Cruelly needing a muzzle for my hairy buddy (reactive and predating), I bought their f***ing M10 (more expansive than the M9) and received SIXTEEN order confirmation emails.
Conclusion :
=> After sales service : foul
=> Website : barely functional
=> Delivery : long (3 to 11 days !!!) !
=> Product : the muzzle seems to be of good quality. Unfortunately, the recommended (by a sales agent of the website) size is too short for my boy, who can't open correctly his mouth.
EDIT : I lower the note, after receiving the muzzle and some exchanges with the customer service.
1. I payed for a FedEx expedition and it was DPD, that let the package right in front of the door, visible by the whole neighborhood
2. I received a bill of 17€, including shipping, in my package. I paid 31€ more than that.
3. The height of the muzzle is not enough for my dog, I proved it with photos, and the muzzle was bought following their recommendation. They insist telling me that it fits my dog ! The poor boy can't drink or pant with the cage.
They allow the return of the product, but I have to pay the return, even if the origin of the purchase was on their wrong advice ! From France to Poland, it is 20€, more than the price of the muzzle !
4. The customer service is near to null and takes you for fool.
