Bought an engine and gearbox both worked great and worked better than recons from my experience

I bought an engine from them for £1550, and the mechanic that fitted it, told me that he done a sniff test on the engine, and that there were gases leaking from the engine. Ever since that day the engine has the cylinder head gone the same way as my original engine. I recommend that people do not use this company, they even don’t give you a warranty with the engine so that you can’t replace or have a refund on the engine. I emailed them and I had a response back to say that I had a problem with the EGR COOLER. So I went back to the mechanic and he say that is totally wrong. He even asked his solicitor friend that he said because I haven’t got a warranty with the engine, that I haven’t got a chance in hell to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SCAM YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF POUNDS. I HAVE NOW BOUGHT ANOTHER ENGINE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME 6 MONTH WARRANTY

What a fantastic breakers, it was like going to another of special ford parts with great people who take care of me with fantastic prices. I bought 3 eco boost engines and 2 diesel ones all running perfect never even had to use the warranty once. Please if you need a ford part or engine or gearbox you must only come here.

I bought gearbox for my ford Mondeo from Ford Spare parts , after being reassured by one of their sales guys "Sunny" that that's the right gearbox from exactly the same car model. Delivery was swift and quick .... But after fitting it turned out that it's not the right one. Mistake is not the issue but respond from Ford Spare parts "return and refund or replacement" I believe this is not sufficient especially when the process will take your car off the road for two weeks because of their mistake.....
