Good Experience, But Some Info Could Be Clearer
I reached out to Cashpower after seeing a free trial advertised on their website for the Cashpower Expert Advisor 2026. At first, I didn’t get a response right away, but when they replied to my Trustpilot review, they explained that the free trial had been temporarily offline because they were fixing a bug — and that it is now available again for download on the website so you can test it on MT4. They also encouraged reading the manuals for correct setup.
Their message was friendly and supportive, and I appreciate them clearing that up. The EA itself is marketed as an automated MT4 trading tool for Gold (XAUUSD) with features like no martingale/grid, small stop loss, and low drawdown — and a 7-day free trial is offered before the monthly USD 40 subscription applies.
Communication has been responsive and personal, which I value, but the initial delay and mismatch between the website and email information about the free trial was confusing and could be clearer. The promotional language and performance claims are strong, so I’d still recommend that potential users ask for verified performance results or additional transparency before subscribing. Overall, a positive experience but with room for clearer information alignment.

Help = good efficiency = 1/10 Price = The indicator is cheap, so it works adequately to the prices The photos on the website are not the same as in the chart. The website includes "sample videos of how the 2025 indicator works". View of the chart (from the video) the chart is from 2021, the indicator works in 2021, not in 2025 Overall opinion = 4.5/10.
Maybe someone will like it, but I won't go back to it.

Unfortunately, We did not find any customers with your name in our customer system data base. We request personal information about the purchase inside your review and trustpilot system and we receive this response: Unfortunately, Dj Malinaa hasn’t replied to your request for more information about their experience.
So infortunilly this is a fake Trustpilot experience not based in genuine experience with our product and support. Practicing unfair competition in the forex niche.
This information that this person published that the videos are from 2021 is FALSE and makes no sense.
All our videos posted on the website and social networks are recent.

Well, I read all the reviews on Trustpilot and I was very impressed. Even with the negative reviews the over reviews seem good.

My post-purchase experience and opinions.
2023/05/24 Buy Cashpower Indicator.
I used the H1 schedule and the 5 currency pairs recommended in the email, and the brokerage firm I used was XM.
In this case I didn't see the results that were shown on the website, the chart that I saw on my MT4 was completely different from the arrows that I saw on Youtube and Cashpower's website, where the arrows went down at a high point and up at a low point, But the real situation is that basically after the arrow goes in the opposite direction, sometimes the arrow will be very messy.
There was an update in the middle, after the update did not change much, I asked him on Facebook to say please send an email, I sent an email so far have not replied.
I wanted to ask how I could place an order like they do on their website, and at first I thought my metrics were broken.
There is too much difference between the indicators on the website and the reality, and the indicators and services are not satisfied, so I give it 1 star.
This is my opinion that I use now, if I did not buy, you can refer to.

After spending some time studying and learning more about Forex, I have reflected on my previous review. I realize that a year ago, due to my limited knowledge of Forex and not fully understanding the English instructions, I may have misunderstood the product. At that time, I gave a 1-star review, but now I feel that I may have judged it unfairly.
With my increased understanding of Forex, I now realize that the indicator is just a tool to assist trading, not something that can make someone rich on its own. I would like to approach it with a new mindset and try using it again as an auxiliary tool.
If you agree, I am willing to remove my previous negative review and give the product another chance with a more rational perspective.
This reflects my current thoughts, and I look forward to your reply.
