I got lied to about the funding

Great experience so far. Very professional and supportive services. They are great at working around my schedule. I love having the opportunity to work with professionals who care about my families needs.

The therapy has helped build up skills to improve our son’s behavior. He has shown great improvement with fewer tantrums and outbursts.

Having the wonderful RBT & BCBA that my sons been working with has made things better at home for both of us. It’s nice to have someone else telling my son things he doesn’t always want to hear from me or anyone else’s. I have seen amazing progress at home do to the wonderful staff at FORTA. Also having it done virtually has been wonderful. My son does not like when people come into our home. I call our sessions computer school this has made my son enjoy it and know it’s playing/ learning instead of therapy. The staff at Forta refers to our time as computer school also which is wonderful consistency for my son.

Great therapists. We love the way it compliments our homeschool day and challenges we face. Our daughter is making huge strides. Patient and knowledgeable I highly recommend! The only wait time was due to insurance company.

This company is amazing

The best thing about virtual ABA is its convenience. My son doesn't like to leave the house for appointments at all,his sensory overload can lead him to become overstimulated and shut down. Then when that happens, he won't engage with the activity or the people involved. Virtual ABA made it easy to get him to get excited about attending and be less anxious.

While we value the ABA framework, our experience has been inconsistent. We have dealt with frequent no-shows from our assigned RBT, which disrupts our child’s routine. Additionally, the lack of engagement during sessions is concerning; I often find myself stepping in to facilitate the session myself.

I am giving 3 stars because while the program has potential, the execution needs improvement. I hope the agency can provide better oversight to ensure staff are fully present and reliable. For a professional service, we expected more reliability and active clinical engagement.

my daughter has autism and has been speaking so well. we came from nothing to 3 word sentences and i could cry. i fought so hard to get her in aba and its paying off!! forta is amazing

So far the team that I have been working with has been very helpful with my daughter. I like working with them and they are understanding when I may have last minute changes. They work with me on rescheduling efficiently and they are very helpful with setting up times and asking my input when it comes to what would be the best time for me and my child. My daughter has grown a bond with the team, and even when she is tired she does look forward to talking with them. Overall we've had a great experience with the team.

Our therapist left and we got completely ghosted. No return emails.

The understanding and compassion they give to each one of our children as well as the patience they have with them, makes this program very special.
