We opened an investment portfolio and the process could not have gone more smoothly - from the first introductory call, through the 'factfinding', and to everything being finalised. I transferred my pensions to Forth ten years or so ago, after moving from the UK to NZ.

During that time, the fund has stagnated, making just about enough to pay their fees. I could make more in a term deposit or even a straight up bank savings account.

All they ever seem to want from me and the only communication I get is request my signature to cash up part of the fund so they can pay themselves.

I have no faith in the truth of their advice, with no way to check if what they are telling me is true.

Their response to feedback is pretty much meh, nothing we can do and the answer to every question is 'no, we can't do that'.

Bitterly disappointed and feel trapped by their poor performance.
