Whenever I have to go to chat, everyone is so kind and helpful. They try and do whatever they can you make your experience great. I just wish I would get more wins, because I have spent a lot if money and they always say you use a bonus every time, but whether I win or lose you get that bonus money back so it makes no sense to me. I play a lot at casino max because they have great bonuses and you always get a second bonus of free spins where you could win a couple hundred dollars. I have no complaints.

I have played for a couple years , and the withdrawal process should be set up at the start and it shouldnt take as long as it does. I’ve only really won anything small a couple times basically to get my money back a bit . No big crazy jackpots but all in all I keep playing
