Excellent service and great communication
Excellent service from start to finish!
I had a few questions regarding my order, particularly about international delivery and the different options available, and every enquiry was answered promptly, clearly and professionally.
Communication with the Fotospeed team was especially pleasant and efficient, which is greatly appreciated when ordering specialised photographic materials from abroad. Everything was handled smoothly and with great care.
It is always reassuring to deal with a company that is so responsive and attentive to its customers. A genuinely excellent purchasing experience, and I will certainly be ordering from Fotospeed again.
Highly recommended — both for the quality of their products and the excellence of their customer service!

Excellent all round!
The test of a good supplier is how effectively it responds when things go wrong. In this regard Fotospeed is exemplary. It was no fault of theirs that a printer they supplied was dead on arrival but they managed to have it collected the next day and very promptly supplied an alternative. Excellent communications. Excellent all round.

I have bought papers from Fotospeed…
I have bought papers from Fotospeed many times. Easy to order, easy to download paper profiles and fast turnaround. Only complaint is the shipping costs are a little high.
