My son, Zakariyya, was really struggling with algebra, and despite trying lots of different ways to explain it myself, nothing seemed to click. Rachel kindly offered to help, and I honestly didn’t expect such a dramatic difference after just a few sessions.

Rachel worked wonders. She is friendly, intelligent, approachable, and has a fantastic way of explaining concepts in a way that makes sense. She pitched everything perfectly, using plenty of examples, encouragement, and support throughout.

The biggest difference has been my son’s confidence. He now approaches algebra with much more self-belief and understanding. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and patient tutor.

Rachel has tutored our 10 year old who recently got diagnosed with dyslexia since the start of the year. He finds traditional methods of learning a bit tricky at times, and Rachel is quick to change the work to suit his needs. New ways of learning spellings and reading, have given him the confidence to not only give it a go but retain the information he has learnt. He looks forward to his sessions and feels proud of what he achieves by the end of an hour.
