Quick, Simple with speedy delivery

I love the product but delivery from Evri was dreadful.
It took 6 days to arrive. Emails kept telling me the delivery time,which didn't happen. Finally emailed that the item had been delivered,when it hadn't. Eventually discovered that it had been delivered next door. It had been left out in the rain all night,the packaging was totally ruined.
I always order from you directly but not again if you don't change the courier.

Initially it wasn’t great as I needed to get in touch with the team without too much joy, however they really redeemed themselves and the service and responsiveness was very good. The products are amazing and have really made a huge difference to the pain I have been suffering. I have already recommended the thermo joint gel and muscle rub, and would continue to do so if you suffer from any sort (specifically for me) foot / arthritic pain. The hydro tablets are also highly recommended! Product wise 5/5, the only reason for the 4/5 rating is the initial poor responsiveness for the issue I had, but they did go out of their way to rectify it once they did get in touch.
