This company is absolutely relentless in spamming me. I've tried to unsubscribe, tried reporting as spam, blocking them, tried calling them directly, even reported them to the FTC. There's simply no way to get their emails out of my inbox.
Sticking with Tecovas
The size I ordered is an entire size smaller than other brands. Shipping time is horrible. All told I ordered January 5 and it’s now January 30 and no boots. They use a cheap shipping method. No correct tracking info.

I love being part of the flock
I own about 45 pairs of Freebirds and absolutely love them. They are beautiful, well made and high quality. They are a bit pricey, but they always have great sales. Sizing varies, so if you don't have a store in your area, read the customer reviews on how they run and choose based on how you'll wear them (with or without socks, etc.). I ordered mostly online at first, until I was lucky enough to have a store open up near me. The staff is wonderful and super helpful, both in store and online. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Cute boots but holy hell are they uncomfortable! I am originally an 8.5 shoe size, so I ordered the Jermains in size 9, couldn't even get my foot into the boot they were so narrow and tiny. Let alone zipping up the calf, these must be made for little kids! So I ordered a size 10, a little too big now and it took all my effort and about 1/2 hour to zip up the calf it's SO narrow. Worn for a couple hours trying to like them but these are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn in my life. I don't understand how they can justify charging this much for a pair of boots with sizes that fit toddlers. Need to size up 2x. Not worth it!!!!
What an absolute joke of a company
What an absolute joke of a company! I ordered a pair of boots on October 30th to ensure I had them in time for an upcoming trip on November 15th. As a proactive individual I make sure I place orders in a timely fashion. I received a pair of boots on November 5th. Not the boots I ordered or the correct size. I spoke with 3 separate individuals on the phone regarding the issue and they told me I would get the boots in time and they would even be overnighted to ensure I had them for a trip. I sent the books back immediately so they would be able to ship out the boots I ordered. Long story short, never received the boots I ordered and now I get to go find boots last minute. No one tried to resolve the issue, no discount was offered for a potential future purchase. Very disappointed as I had expected stellar customer service from a company who portrays themselves as high quality.

Worst customer Service Experience Ever!! Beware.
Having recently discovered this brand, I went into my local store to check out their inventory. I found a boot that I liked, however they did not have my size in stock. They advised I could order it through them, and would receive it in approximately 1 week. Perfect, or so I thought. I ordered and paid $$$$, yet 2 weeks later, I've yet to receive it. The issue seems to be with FedEx, where tracking stopped updating several days ago. However, Freebird's customer service dept. seems to not care about the end-user experience, as they've responded very disinterested and unaccommodating. I have also spoken with store managers who seem very concerned, however, the issue has not been resolved. This is a horrible 1st experience, thus if the shipment does arrive, I may just return the product to the store and find another boot company. I will provide an update.
Update: After having spoken with another rude CSR Silvia, I received a callback from a supervisor named Maggie. She was empathetic, kind, and reassuring, In short, after her call, FedEx finally updated the tracking, and my shipment arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the boots had defects, and I had to return them. The local store manager offered to reorder and provide 2nd-day air shipping. I will see what happens with the 2nd pair.

My wife and daughter love the shoes, but they’re shipping is ridiculous. It takes them forever to get to you and they leave out shoes out of the orders. Customer service is very poor

Negative experience with Freebirds 2x!
2 times I have expressed my concerns with my purchases. The Randi left black marks on my ankles and my black slides were slippery and uncomfortable. Freebird has stalled by asking tons of questions when I had answered them, only to have them say “sorry for your disappointment “. Don’t ever purchase shoes/boots unless you plan to get stuck with them if you are not satisfied.

Ghost sandals
I went in looking for the Ghost sandal to make sure I liked the fit and see if they had the color I was looking for. The ladies are always so sweet and very helpful. It always makes you feel good when you walk into a business and the employees can remember you. Also, they didn't have the color of sandal I was looking for but ordered it and it will come to my house! Can't wait to receive them Thanks ladies for your help
Absolute worst customer service there…
Absolute worst customer service there is. Get this. Freebird emailed me a 20% coupon to use on a purchase. It didn't work. I read the promo code disclaimer that said sale price items excluded. This was a full price item.
I reached out to customer service and after sending 6 emails back and forth with 2 screenshots showing the promo code didn't work I was done. The final straw was when they asked for yet another screenshot. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

Nice Boots
I love my boots. I usually wear a 6 1/2 but bought a half a size larger because I didn't want them to fit tight. I would have to say the the sizes run true to size, but an insole took care of that. I bought the Caboose Boots, I'm 5' and they fit mid calf. I did water proof them before I wore them, 1 coat let them dry then a 2nd coat. These boots are very comfortable. Thank you.

I ordered boots that were shipped to me from another store. When I took them out of the package, there was an obvious defect on the toe. I took a picture of the defect and sent to Freebirds explaining that I had taken them out of the box like that. I wore the boots for one day anyway as I had bought them for a specific event. Freebirds customer service was awful. They never took responsibility for their craftsmanship and told me it was my fault. They gave me 10% back and told me to go to a cobbler to get it fixed. I am sorely disappointed in this whole experience. These boots are supposed to be high quality and when I called them on it, they basically said “oh well, not our fault.” Buyer beware, I don’t think these boots are worth the money they charge and the company doesn’t care about its customers!!

I love Freebird boots
I love Freebird boots. They are hand made with real leather. Some are harder to break in than others. I have had a couple with defects that I sent back, and customer service was top notch and they took care of me!

Also there are size recommendations such as true to size, narrow, size up suggestions, size down suggestions depending on the shoe style and reviews. As for people saying some have been scuffed? Certain styles are made to look distressed, it’s shown in the pictures. No two pairs are going to be exact. They are hand made.

I'm a huge fan of Freebirds. Yes, they're are expensive, but so worth it. They also have great sales that happen often. They're handmade and simply beautiful. I have more pairs than one person should, but it's because they're such amazing boots. If you want boots that are cookie cutter, these aren't for you. If you want original, handmade boots these are for you. I will always be a fan!
