Ich wurde über LinkedIn kontaktiert, konnte über ein Kalendertool einen Termin vereinbaren und vorab meine Unterlagen einreichen. Die wurden bis zum Termin auch ordentlich gelesen und wir konnten gut in die Details gehen. Meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und die rausgesuchten Stellen waren interessant. Die resultierenden Bewerbungsverfahren konnten effizient durchgeführt werden. Eine sehr interessante Option hätte ich auch im Leben nicht selbst gefunden.
Man war jederzeit schnell ansprechbar und gut organisiert, bei Urlaub gab es Vertretung und diese war ebensogut eingearbeitet. Es gab also keinen Leerlauf. Freundlich waren auch alle.

It was a please with the communicating with Nikita Jewsejenko. He helped me find a project considering my professional experience, not trying to find me a project at all cost.

They found me and forwarding me to an employer, however in between interviews they found out I was interviewing elsewhere and they actually told the employer I wasn't interested anymore. They were asking me to commit to a job before I got an offer letter. They also would call me 3 times a day.

FRG helped me land my next role. They understood exactly what I was looking for and they were able to place my CV to their clients and actually have a position and a role created for me

As you know job search is about building relationships. I have got contacted by Sarah a while ago over LinkedIn, as many other recruiters did.

When it started to be different was from the job application. Sarah told me for example to write my resume using phrases that are presented within the job description. That was the first point.

Then I have send this to 3 places and got 2 invitations for the interview. One went nowhere right after the first talk. That was disappointing, but on the good side, I got great support from Sarah. Making calls before the interview, and roughly practicing the possible questions. Letting me know what is good VS bad to say during interviews. Or discussing the resignation process so I don't burn bridges with people I am working with at the moment.

Having said that, I still had to do homework and put in my effort to get a good offer. But this was actually the first time in my life when I felt that the recruiter is standing behind me. So thank you for this.
