With limited talent in the Pensacola area in data careers, we were left with very few options and ended up having to hire an individual outside of the requirements listed in the job description.

I do have to mention the situation surrounding this hire's homework assignment. I understand that it may have been accidental, but I found it unprofessional for this second party individual (I think it was Mary?) to send this candidate the completed assignment from another candidate. I would not have known this happened if the candidate had not been honest and told me about it when I offered him the job personally. The process of reviewing critical communication from hiring managers to potential candidates should be reviewed more closely in future hires as this is the second time something like this has happened with an FRG hire for my company.

I have heard that FRG is contacting other managers at my company through LinkedIn about helping fill positions and have subsequently warned those individuals to be cautious of communication slip-ups.

Renee, who is my PIC when I was trying to get the job, put a lot of initiative to help me improve my soft skills and give first good impressions towards interviewer. On top of that, i she has very friendly approach where she ensures that all party satisfied during negotiations part. Additional, i dont feel pressure talking to her because she always present herself as a friend, not an agent. Highly recommended 👍🏻

She could recommend the job which greatly fits to me according to my past working experience and current skill set. She is a very nice person and shared a lot of useful information to me before having several interviews, such as the method to enhance the opportunity to be employed. One more surprising thing is that she still keep asking my current situation when I am working for the new job. It is so warm. Hence, I give a full marks to her.

FRG's recruiter, Toby, was extremely well versed in the cloud technology role he was filling. He communicated the process and timeline, provided interview preparation, and guided me through the offer and acceptance process.
