Casi siempre había sido yo la que había buscado puestos, mandado CV's, esperando respuesta, etc. FRG me contactó por LinkedIn y decidí probar. El resultado ha sido excepcional. Trato amable, comunicación súper rápida. Angy y Stefy siguieron mi caso e hicieron que no me tuviera que preocupar por las cosas que mencioné al principio. Me propusieron varias ofertas y me ayudaron a elegir teniendo en cuenta mi situación. Honest, trustworthy, understanding, and supportive agents.
I am previously skeptical of recruitment agencies due to poor experience. However, I have changed my mind thanks to the exceptional FRG agent that handled my recruitment. The FRG agent is very responsive in communications both in voice calls and text messages and is willing to explain patiently the process for my recruitment, the challenges faced, and is able to coach and guide me throughout the job interview process. The FRG agent is also very understanding and went above and beyond what is required, with scheduling reviews and face to face sessions even on weekends to accommodate my schedule.
