I'm very thankful to mrs Aleksandra, she is a fully professional and a kind person.

Ich hatte in > 15 Jahren noch nie mit so unfähigen und nervigen Ansprechpartnern zu. Ich habe auch noch
anderes zu tun und muss nicht 1x am Tag per Telefon belästigt werden. Ich habe einen Kalender und muss nicht telefonisch mehrfach an Termine erinnert werden. Meine Ansage „Anrufe nerven“ kam wohl nicht an, aber
bei ihren Kunden ist es sicherlich total in Ordnung, wenn die externen Mitarbeiter ständig von Telefonanrufen und Mails von der Arbeit abgehalten werden.

Die Ansprechpartnerin war auch total uninformiert, wo das Projekt jetzt ist. (Remote? Vor Ort in Berlin, oder doch woanders? Aber evtl. doch in Berlin. Das kann man sich aussuchen.)

Dann kam ein erneuter Anruf, ich solle doch noch ein paar Formulare des Endkunden ausfüllen. Aber noch am selben Tag. Die Mail würde sie mir gleich schicken.
Selbst wenn ich Zeit gehabt hätte, hätte ich mehrere Stunden gebraucht, die Formulare auszufüllen. Aber es musste noch an diesem Tag sein!1!

In den Formularen wurden dann Informationen abgefragt, die ich nicht ohne Rücksprache herausgeben werde. Rücksprache dauert ein paar Tage und bedeutet Arbeit. Antwort des Ansprechpartners: „Tragen sie da irgendwas ein, das prüft eh keiner.“

Und darüber, dass meine min. meine Mailadresse ohne zu fragen an einen externen Dienstleister (diesen hier) weitergegeben wurde, mag ich nur am Rande erwähnen.

Immerhin habe ich gemerkt, dass mein letztes schlechtes Erlebnis mit Projektvermittler gar nicht so schlecht war und dass es immer noch schlechter geht.

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben, auch wenn die Mail sagte ich könne eine negative Bewertung abgeben.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht von der Menge an Zeit, die investiert wurde um ein gutes Bild davon zu bekommen, was ich kann und will. Daraus resultierte dann auch eine sehr gute Liste an Bewerbungen. Die Vor- und Nachbereitung der einzelnen Interviews sowie Extratermine für zusätzliche Informationen und Beratungen waren ebenfalls außerordentlich hilfreich.
