First time visiting there and customer service was great. I was served by one of the directors Joe personally and he went out of his way to cater to my needs. The shop itself was very impressive with lots of high end jewelry/watches to choose from.

Great customer service when I needed some extra bracelet links for my Franck Muller watch. Went way beyond what I expected - ensured whole bracelet was inspected and made secure before returned to me. Always warm welcome from all the team.
