Regardless, well within the timeline they gave, I had my list of names. There were some good ones, but the last one touched all the boxes for what I was looking for. I did not have to use any revisions and will definitely use them again if needed. I definitely recommend them .

I paid for my five names; they took longer than 48 hours to give them to me, making the excuse that the email got caught in their outbox. I was not too fond of any of the names, so I asked for my free re-do. They asked me to delete my bad review and gave me five new names. I liked one of them and went to get the domain to discover that it was a premium domain with a 10k price tag. I quickly looked at my second choice, which wasn't an available domain either. I complained to them about the domains not being available, and they said oh, the .io is available and asked me to remove the review again. Then they said if I wasn't happy, they would refund me, asking me again to remove the review. I said I would modify it to reflect my experience. They then said they would give me a partial refund because they had put in so much effort IF I removed my review from this site. After some back and forth with their "manager," he finally agreed to refund me my money, which should have been a non-conversation from the point where I said I was an unhappy customer unable to use the service they provided as they say they check the websites. He started the refund and sent me "proof" and then the refund showed up in my bank as pending. The next day, it disappeared from my bank, indicating he had stopped the refund from processing.

Frozen Lemons are a fantastic resource in our life. Fast, efficient, inspirational and intuitive - I can't recommend them enough.

Simply Amazing! I was given 10 names (as per the plan chosen), each of them were great, had a great thought process behind it. Communication was great, they contacted me to ask me for a bit of extra time as they were busy. Within 24 hours, I had my names. It would have taken much more time for my team and I to do this exercise. Definitely recommend them.

I was initially skeptical but decided to try their service, and the results didn't disappoint. The team came up with a few ingenious naming options, very thought through and with the description of the thinking behind the name choice.
I guess it is a matter of how much information you provide them with of your vision/business and what you're trying to achieve. It's hard to come up with good naming ideas when there is no context. We downloaded as much as we could and the options provided were very applicable.

Extremely poor service. I ordered the Silver plan for $150 where they say they will create and send the customer 8 company name ideas within 24 hours and the customer has 4 free name revisions. They finally sent the 8 names after 48 hours. The names were ridiculous (no thought went into them), and each contained repeated words. They never responded to my requests for the 4 free name revisions either.

Kudos to Frozen Lemons highly creative! I'm now more enthusiastic about promoting my new business.
