I was a little dubious about this company due to the mixed reviews but my god I am so glad I took the initiative to go with my gut!
Darlene and her team were so helpful... We went with the bronze package (x4 names + x2 revisions) to find the perfect name for our new upcoming perfume line.
Although the first 4 names exceeded the 48hr hour window, they were quickly sent within hours of my follow up email, (perhaps a technical glitch).
Although the first x4 were great names, we did take advantage of the revision service which Darlene was more then happy to take on and even asked for some additional information in order to come up with the perfect match. Revisions arrived quickly and although some great candidates here too, we actually decided to go with one of the originals within the first x4.
We can’t name the chosen name currently due to the confidentiality of currently trademarking the name but we are delighted with the brand name and it’s certainly something we would never of thought and fits our brand perfectly!!
We can’t thank Frozen Lemons enough and so glad we decided to use their service.
It’s unfortunate their are some not so positive reviews but hey I guess you can’t please everybody.... but certainly no complaints here!!

The Frozen Lemons team was amazing to work with. The process was fast and they really listened to what my vision was for my company. They delivered eight fantastic names, all of them meaningful and relevant to my company. After struggling on my own for weeks on a name, Frozen Lemons delivered. I only wish I had not wasted the time and contacted them from the beginning!

5 Stars because I have used Frozen Lemons once before for another business name and this service was so helpful then. For the recent service, I found Darlene to be very communicative and thorough. It was so much appreciated and I enjoyed the whole process. The only issue is that now I have to make a choice in choosing one of the given names -- a great place to be in! I really enjoyed using Frozen Lemon both time. They're a very outside-the-box and creative team.

We asked for Frozen Lemon's help with a newly to be established, global tax IT company (providing IT services and products to tax departments of multi national corporations).

Initially, we got a few ideas that were really far away from what we needed: Those suggestions clearly targeted actual tax accountants or financial advisors rather than our business model.

So we asked for a revision, and in all of these there was one that (after some consideration) hit the nail on the head for us.

Of course there are many aspects to consider (which are not in the scope of Frozen Lemons), like competitors' names, already registered trademarks, availability of urls etc. So you might or not end up with something that works. We did, and thought it was money well invested.

Would we use Frozen Lemons again? Sure. We would recommend potential customers to explain their business model as thoroughly as possible. And suggest to the team at Frozen Lemons to give their proposals a final review in the light of that business model before sending them to the client.

Second time I used their service. Again received some very usable names (with domain name that I had requested). Helpful and quick!

Half of the names are not unique at all. By doing a simple google search, you can find them used by other companies. The other half 4 names are not as good as the ones I came up with on my own. I wasted $145 USD, but I learned a lesson and will be more cautious in dealing with this kind of online business in future.

Weeks and weeks struggling with interesting names, but did not cut throw, till we hired Frozen Lemons. Done! Thank you.

They actually come up with some interesting name ideas, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm usually very picky but they offer 2 free revision names, so you can make sure you'll get exactly what you want.

I was happily surprised when I received the names, I was a bit anxious that they would'nt be anything special. Out of 4, I had 2 names I loved so much, that it took me a while to decide on which name to pick! For that price, that's really good

It works! easy and quick. They helped me a lot! we have a family entrepreneurship and wanted to step up. A new name or brand is totally important and Frozen lemons make the process easy and interactive. We were in communication and they respond to all my queries. I appreciate a lot its support.

One advice - to get the most of their service make sure you describe your business and what meaning you want to incorporate in your name really well!

Came into this positive and hopeful. Explained my business and gave my website as an example. I’m a wedding photographer and one of the names I received was love de facto.... although some of the other names were equally as bad like love unfiltered. That sounds like a hashtag young teenagers use. Anyway I asked for a revision of 2 names and explained I’m trying to stay away from cheesy names. And then listed some company names that I liked as examples/inspo and my results where very very far from what I was hoping for or even anywhere near in relation to what I was asking.

Frozen Lemons have been great at providing creative names for my future company. Really prompt in replying and meeting the deadline. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Team gave us many names, we liked one name really well, really appreciate their effort. We have chosen that one name we liked.

The worst service ever. They gave me names which I could think of while on Toilet. Zero thought process even after giving them extensive information such as images of product.
Gave me names which nobody could pronounce. Some names were in Foreign language (Finnish ? Seriously ) No practical use what so ever. Waste of 120 dollars and 4 days of precious time. I suggest you find something yourself or use Squad help. The names you get from Frozen lemons would be unfit for any purpose.

Why doing it complicated when you can do it easy!
Thats what my partner said when we tried to find a name after couple hours of brainstorming. We found frozen lemons through some researches and decided to try that out. We never worked so far with a naming/brand agency but afterwards I was really glad. We don't needed to wait long and received our first names within 24 hours. The only problem we had then was to chose between the names they sent us because every name listed was very good and represented exactly our brand.
For me it is still a mystery how they came up with those names with that speed. :D

The team did an outstanding job by providing us a large list of names in which we found ours. We definitely recommend Frozen Lemons and will work again with them soon.
