From the first contact with Martin through to the demo with Dave/Joe, the quality of all the pre delivery info and driving away this was an excellent experience. Professional, thorough, honest and very easy to do business with, we ended up with a way better van than we set out for and looking forward to many new adventures.

Went along to Fuller to seek out a new motorhome/camper. Looked at a Swift Champagne model. Received the most honest & helpful advice from Rob. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Fuller & buy from them in the future. A good & honest company, quite a rarity these days.

Unfortunately we had to sell our lovely motorhome as we bought it from Fullers in 2021. So I decided to give Steve at Fullers a call. A discussion and offer made over the phone was followed by a home visit in the North East to ensure the vehicle was as described and in as good condition when we bought it.
The Fullers technicians did a great job inspecting the motorhome and were very professional and friendly explaining everything that was being checked just like we had we we had a handover when we bought it. Before leaving they made sure the money was transferred into my bank before departing with the vehicle.
Fullers Leisure Ltd have a excellent team and are always professional and nothing is a problem.

We had visited fuller leisure and fell in love with a motorhome. We went home to have a think and decided we definitely wanted it. We arrange to come back the following week. They messaged me the day before to say ready for us to view the next day. We where 2 hour drive away so not just up the road. Service was amazing and we brought and collected it within two weeks. The after service has been great as the day after could not get fridge to work but they sorted it out with no issues and apologised. We would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a motor home . Thanks guys you were all great.

UNTRUSTWORTHY UNDERHAND TIMEWASTER! Drove 2 hours to test drive and pay for a Peugeot Boxer I had viewed on Friday. I had phoned and booked on Sunday. Only to turn up today Monday as arranged and find he's SOLD it! So very dodgy. He could have been decent and phoned to say someone else was interested. But no. He goes behind my BACK, messing me about, letting me drive a long way there and sells it to another person. Doesn't even apologise for my wasted journey, wasted petrol and wasted time! Avoid he's just another dodgy del boy

Selling my motorhome to Fullers was simple. A discussion and offer made over the phone was followed by a home visit to ensure the vehicle was as described.
The Fullers driver ensured the monies were transferred into my bank before departing with the vehicle. The offer made by Fullers was the best I had received. Would definitely recommend.

Everything that Fuller leisure did made the whole process of buying our motorhome easy and stress free. The standard that the motorhome was prepared to was impeccable and they sorted some minor problems for us before collection. Even items we hadn’t noticed were picked up on the PDI which is fantastic service. We dealt with Paul and Rob who were both very knowledgeable and didn’t once try the hard sell. The handover was second to none and informative without being patronising. Would thoroughly recommend them and would purchase from them again in the future.

Our experience of purchasing a motorhome was easy & no hard sell tactics. Robert our salesman was extremely knowledgeable on our new van & gave us great advise & dealt with our P/x smoothly & professionally. The handover was carried out by one of their team, he explained in detail how everything worked inside & out, took time for our questions to make our new purchase a pleasure & not stressful.

Everything about our purchase from start to finish was fantastic, Martin the sale guy was very helpful and answered all of my queries promptly and had everything ready for our arrival as they new we had a 6 hour round trip and we got the most thorough and comprehensive handover that we have ever had from Dave so we left very confident and all aspects of the caravans operation and I got a follow up phone call the following week from Dave asking if we were happy with everything
