I went to funzy’s this morning at 11am with my daughter the staff was really helpful and kind. I would like to thank two members of staff in particular Libby she was really friendly and helped with an inquiry I had and Luke in the cafe was really helpful.

Amazing customer service Luke and Martha were absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful 😊

Ich habe am 21.11.2025 ein Hüpfkissen bestellt. Die angegebene Lieferzeit von 3–4 Wochen hätte für Weihnachten gereicht (Werbeversprechen: "Lieferung rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten!"). Erst 4 Tage vor Weihnachten wurde ich jedoch informiert, dass die Lieferung nicht rechtzeitig klappt.
​Dafür hatte ich anfangs noch Verständnis. Dass ich aber jetzt, Ende Januar, immer noch warte, ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Wartezeit hat sich mittlerweile mit über 8 Wochen mehr als verdoppelt.
​Vom Support erhalte ich auf Nachfragen nur automatische Antworten, aber kein konkretes Lieferdatum. Telefonisch ist auch niemand zu erreichen. Ich möchte nicht stornieren aber ich möchte auch nicht länger von irgendwelchen automatisch Antwortschreiben hingehalten werden.

We was here today and I was highly impressed with the staff and how efficient they were at cleaning and entertaining the children especially Megan and fathima

Really enjoyed our visit staff were friendly a d very prompt watching kids at all time. We visit here often such a lovely friendly atmosphere

Much improved third visit.

Last time no balls for football or basket ball courts. Today there were two.

Last time cliff drop closed off and staff refused to open. This time they opened it twice for us. Its the grandkids favourite.

Today I looked knackered running around after the youngest. Staff offered to help.

The vending machines are £1. A few little rides too, and a teddy grabber. Lockers are free (refundable £1 coin required). And best of all, an additional hour, is just £5.

A good option for the kids, especially in the colder months. Gets very warm on the course.

Had our daughters 6th birthday here, the kids had an amazing time. Our host Hannah was really organised and attentive and did everything for us which was really appreciated. Party food was great and they had ice cream after, they did some group games and we had tables reserved for the adults to sit at. Really great time had by all.

I went to Fuzny in Bradford today with my 18 month, 5 yr old, 8 year old and 11 yr old. It was very smooth from start to finish but as you can imagine it’s very chaotic with an 18 month and trying to look after the other kids and the staff was very helpful with this and looking out and helping with the others. He was called Harris. I would definitely recommend and go again

First visit with school children and they absolutely loved it. Nothing was to much for staff and they happily arranged everything as we wanted. Very helpful, accommodating, clean and loads of fun. We will definitely return.

Great customer service, we enjoyed our birthday party for our son

We had our son's birthday party here. It was a disappointment from start to finish. Upon arriving, we were told by the staff on reception sat chomping on gum that we still had balance outstanding. When we challenged this the response was 'oh yeah, so you have'. We were then given the funzy socks we were told, when booking the party over the phone, were required. However I quickly noticed that everyone in the death trap was using their own socks. Therefore, we asked for refund to be told they don't do refunds. Upon asking for the manager, we were greeted by a man that stunk of body odour and seemed less interested in service and more interested in getting back to his office. However he insisted that we would get a refund but this would be done via their online system and would be received within 3 days (this never happened).
The party itself was a table in a corridor followed by an unsupervised room with a sticky carpet from spilled food and drink. The pizzas were dire and anaemic which even the kids spotted didn't look right.
The 'bouncy castle' bit was ok but covered in gaffa tape to seal tears in the lining and supervised by teens who were more interested in chatting each other up than spotting kids who had been hurt or needed help.
Overall, an awful experience. With a deceitful manager won't respond to emails, it's no surprise. Simply not worth the money.

my son had a great birthday party with attentive staff to help make his day great. We had a few initial problems with the booking due to some food allergies of the guests. After speaking with the manger this was resolved. New Bouncy castle park opened and deserve the 5 star review
