Firstly my sofa wasn't delivered they delivered a completely wrong sofa but the driver DIL was extremely helpful and come back on his day off to drop me off my sofa that I ordered. Both the driver and his helper were very friendly and kind aswel as the lady I spoke to on the phone regarding the wrong order.
Once the sofa was delivered we put it together and realised the back beam is broken.
Realistically if the correct sofa had been delivered in the first place I'd have nothing negative to say, other than the wood being broken.

Umar provided a great delivery experience. He text the day before to inform us of a delivery time, he then updated us in the morning and got to our house right on time. He was super friendly and provided us with set up advice which was really helpful. Thank you Umar!

Really happy with my sofa, it’s exactly what I wanted and it came very quickly!

Delivery by Harman was great too. He rang when they were about 15 minutes away so I could be ready to let them in.

Arrive exactly on time, friendly and reliable

Didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes while I was on my way from work, no issues getting the furniture in my property with no damage or mess, highly recommend.
