Sarah excellent salesperson

We found Justyna to be very polite professional, she explained the options and benefits of your product range very clearly. This lady is a valuable asset to your company.

We were immediately welcomed by a charming lady who gave us some pointers and allowed to look at our leisure. There was no aggressive sales pitch but the assurance that she would be there if we needed help.
A pleasant experience.

Sarah was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for her job

Charlie who helped us get what we wanted within his store was fantastic.

We have shopped many times at furniture Village, we have always received top notch service from any of their friendly staff. Great bunch really helpful and informative on all items we were interested in.

Lovely sales person (Nedge) in Cheltenham store. There was a few days’ delay in delivery as the sofa was part of ‘in stock’ range but hadn’t been flagged as a quick delivery as expected, so for that I’ve subtracted a star. After calling the store however, Nedge sorted it.
Jamie & James delivered the sofa today and were very efficient and friendly. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

We were given a delivery date of our choice . When it arrived the two delivery men were very careful not to do any damage to walls and floors etc . They even took their shoes off. The installation was quick and they explained how to work the recliners. Overall a very good experience

From the point of service in Cheltenham, to the update and delivery information, to the delivery personnel themselves this has been a smooth and seamless process.

Dave and Joe when they delivered were efficient quick, tidy and extremely polite.

Justyna was so friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. Due to her knowledge and being so helpful we had total confidence to place our order. Thank you Peter and Michelle

Charlie was a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. He took the time to explain about the different mattresses and bed bases and I did not feel rushed at all. A very good experience.

Having chosen our sofa Karen was brilliant at sorting out our order & colour. She explained everything clearly & we felt well looked after. The delivery time was explained at 10 to 12 weeks. It took 13 weeks but was worth the wait. Dave & Joe delivered it with care, built it & were very respectful of our home. Very pleased with the sofa. Would recommend them

The service which i was good and everything was done on time.Great quality bed.

Ben in the FV Cheltenham store was a great chap to deal with. No hard sell and good old fashioned service and advice. Never bought from Furniture Village before but will definitely do so again. Thanks Ben. You’re a credit to the company.

Staff amazing

Second time using furniture village and another great experience from the moment we walked into the store. Justina was excellent and manage to help us with our final decision and design ideas.

Justyna was helpful, honest and not pushy in any way. My elderly father was able to take his time choosing the right suite for him last month. The new suite was delivered today on time.
