Furniture Village - FC Norwich Avaliações

We were informed of the time of the delivery and the driver were very friendly, polite and efficient.

James and Dan were fabulous when they delivered our new three piece suite earlier today. Quickly and efficiently assembled and tested the furniture, and all packaging was taken away - a great service, thank you

Richard & Darren (delivery team) are a credit to Furniture Village. The delivery arrived on the day agreed and went without a hitch. We are over the moon with our new Chair and can’t thank the team enough!

Was kept updated on delivery. Respected property and delivered with care.

The delivery was faultless! Arrived earlier than stated which was good and both the boys were careful and considerate with the heavy furniture and placing it. Very impressed

My visit to the store was very pleasant. I was allowed to look round after being greeted by Austin and receiving some initial help but there was no pressure selling. When I was ready to confirm my choice I was guided through the order process and advice give about care of order after delivery. Following my order I was always kept informed about progress. Delivery and set up by Richard and Darren was on time , friendly and efficient. My new sofa looks great.

James and Dan are really nice and polite, build my dining table and chairs in 30c temperatures, never once moaned. Perfect job, well done boys. Thank you so much

The delivery was at the expected time and carried out efficiently and carefully. Richard and Andy were very helpful and polite. Thank you.

James and Dan were friendly, professional and courteous. They treated our property with respect. Built our sofa exactly where we requested and left the room clean and tidy. They are a great credit to your company.

What a great pair of chaps to drop off my new Matress! Absolute pleasures. Called me to confirm where my property was as its slightly off road, so its not easy to see if you dont know its there. Spot on delivery, great service from start to finish, all super helpful staff. Thanks again Richard & Andy!!

Richard and Andi were brilliant. Arrived in the allotted time. Table was quickly assembled and all rubbish removed. Thank you both so much!!

Great service as always from FV

I ordered the Sloane 3 seater recliner and it was smooth from start to finish. Ordering was easy and staff were super friendly. It was on a 9-11 week wait and it arrived at 9 weeks. Delivery came within my time slot and the delivery team were friendly and put the sofa together quickly and placed it where I wanted it.

Guys very polite and on time credit to you all
