Expert sales knowledge and not too pushy

We had the pleasure of meeting Alif today . Wonderful experience. He’s professional and friendly with an engaging personality. We met him because he was helping his colleague Andy out .

We’d picked a Sofa with Andy , who is also lovely. Unfortunately we needed to make a few adjustments. Alif was so patient. He made the new decision easy .

Our interaction with both gentlemen at this store was very pleasure.

Kami was very helpful without any pressure. He gave us time to discuss choice on our own allowing us time to decide. Gave opinion when requested. Good explanation given of payment and all additions and care of furniture.

The salesman Darhys was on point very helpful and not pushy, I felt comfortable with his service.

Kami our sales consultant was very nice to deal with he was very patient with us and did not rush us to make any decisions. He explained everything in great detail and any associated costs and insurance cover.

The shop in Gillingham is well presented and clean, the staff were attentive, but not overly. Once we engaged with a member of staff, Clive, he was friendly, very informative and knew his product. So much so he help me buy a sofa for my sons home. A gentle sales pitch with a smile.

We visited Furniture Village on Saturday and weren't pressured or hassled at all. We were given time to have a good look around and then when we were ready to ask for assistance it was given and the sales assistant was very helpful and not fussed when not only did we change our mind but also went to look at other furniture the calmly took us through the options and at no time were we rushed or made to feel that our opinions didn't matter we were made very welcome and very looked after. Great experience with no hard sell

Great Chair, would recommend, allow time for the chair to soften, also it may seem higher than the store model, as you are wearing shoes when you try instore, but at home slippers or none, helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable in store staff. customer service after not easy to contact, five stars

We had to delay our delivery several times as we were not ready to receive our order, furniture village where very accommodating, we finally got our sofas today and kitchen table and benches. Very happy with our furniture and the 2 guys that delivered where great, and polite, did a fantastic job, put everything where it needed to be and cleared everything before they left, they actually spent 2 hours and where on time as promised!!
