We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Calum at Furniture Village - Glasgow West and what a star he is!

He went totally over and above to make sure we knew exactly how my daughter new bed works and even advised us on what size and type of TV we needed to get for it. Nothing was too much trouble at all!

Such a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful salesperson - makes you feel like nothing is a problem.

If you go to Furniture Village Glasgow West, ask for Calum - you won't get better!

Store Assistant was very knowledgable and took the time to identify what items we were going to purchase. Delivery was on time and assembled very quickly.

Poor communication with order, had to sleep on the mattress on our floor while waiting on the bed frame! This should have been organised to arrive together.
No call back from glasgow store manager on request!
On installation of power ottoman bed frame delivery/assemble guys didn't know about a child lock which resulted in two more days unable to use storage space.
Think furniture village should look better at their customer service, very poor!

Frances was extremely helpful, patient with excellent product knowledge, it felt informed rather than pressured. Great experience.

Amber from the Customer Service department was excellent at communication. She telephoned me to advise that the damaged chair would be replaced with a new chair and at the same time the courier will also uplift the damaged one. Amber also emailed this information once our telephone call ended.
All the staff that I dealt with, from the day we ordered our dining chairs to the day we received them, and dealing with the damaged one, the communication has been excellent.
I would highly recommend buying from this company.
